Le Trou Electronique - Universo

Le Trou Electronique is an improvisation collective heavily based on the live approach, on the performance and on the relationship with an audience. For this reason the last year and a half was very difficult for us.
But we didn’t give up and we tried new ideas.
We asked ourselves: wouldn’t it be great to let our audience enter our “rehearsal room”? Wouldn’t it be interesting to share with you our creative process and our improvised and unique performances?
The goal is to take you with us in the exact moment where the music was born and to open a window on the process behind that moment. Every time we meet and play together something unique happens: the living nature of improvisation is displayed for you without any filters. For us music is not a dead product but a living process of communication.
"Hic et nunc" (here and now): time is a fundamental part of music but also space is. For all of our meetings we look for beautiful and interesting locations in our area, a new one for every performance, and record all of our sessions. Then we select the best moments and release them for you, with the help of the amazing videomaker Paolo Pandin.
Recorded live on the 18th of June 2021 in Universo Factory (a 19th century silk plant in Vittorio Veneto, Italy).
