Upgrading this Carnage is quite a challenge as the whole figure is full of black veins and this causes the upgrading process not that easy to do. Yet, Ken has nailed it.
The smiling face of Carnage shows a complicated look, a bit evil but also fun. Interesting!
How long does it take to finish 4 and even more layers of paint? Only Ken is so serious in his works and spends so much time and effort. Hat off!
Your fixing is awesome as always. The use of glossy varnish makes the veins look more distinct. Great job!

Yeah, I'd definitely say you Ken!
I would recommend you try a black wash followed by a blue or pink wash depending on the preferred tone, then a subtle dry brush of red on the whole thing but it's not necessary

Are you planning to make weapons for Carnage? Axes, Blades, Tentacles, Daggers, Extra Fingers... I'd rather ask because Carnege is more famous for shapeshifting than all symbiotes.

Your upgrade looks incredible! And, in fact, it can be two different characters. The head with the spiral also represents his army from the absolute run, and can be army built if you hate your money. 🙃 Thanks for documenting this, as always! 🤙
Are you planning on fixing the Knull symbol on the Maximum Carnage head sometime (it's backwards/mirrored). I believe it's the only thing wrong with the base figure.
my only thing is the teeth on the head sculpt look too webbed together by being all black a little definition would go a long way

bet you could do a lot with transformers figures due to their lack of paint apps. ( please do transformers repaint :< )
