Hotel closes access to all of their balconies following railing collapse

Inspectors were at the Moana Surfrider Wednesday after a balcony railing fell Tuesday afternoon, narrowly missing beachgoers below.

I am planning on visiting Waikiki and came across this hotel where previous guests had stated that the balcony doors didn't work but didn't say why. I think I will just stay somewhere else.
