  • The chairperson of the Pan African Bar Association , Advocate Muzi Sikhakhane says a lot of work is needed to improve the legal system in South Africa. He believes that the only way that this change can be measured, is by looking at the impact on marginalised society.

Adv. Sikhakhane, one of the foremost legal minds this country has ever produced. I have massive respect for his ideology of what a new, progressive legal and justice system for South Africa must and will look like.

"What do you do with those on the margins of the human conditions?" 25 Years later, the question has not been answered, not outside of the political rallies and promises at least.

I wish they could also look into commisioners and court judges because some don't want to make decisions that favours employees if they are from organizations that are well known. They rather sacrifice the employees than face a challenge from those organizations.
Even if the dispute makes sense.
They say there is no such a thing as condonation, and your case is out. Knowing how expensive an advocate is, you will have no choice but continue with unfairness.
Because people who represent the law don't want to use their mind but rather refer on cases from 1940sumthin

There needs to be an improved synergy between social services and the police in South Africa as many issues can be resolved at this point. Unfortunately, it requires “respecting human dignity” which most employees of these departments destroy because excellence is non-existent! The legal and judicial systems need to be more accessible and must “protect human dignity, uphold fairness and equality and ensure that human rights are respected”. These cavalier “professionals “ have self-serving interests and lack integrity so honestly, how do you safeguard the individual when the system is flawed? Chapter 12 institutions are window dressing “governance” requirements with no power so what is the point of it? South Africa is past revolution or change, this country needs a transformation agenda spearheaded by solution focused individuals. We can no longer tolerate career politicians who have no regard for their people and the country’s development. Put South Africans first! #UN #ANC #DA #EFF #Riseup #Freedomcharter✊

Justice is not the monopoly of the courts. To think justice is a subject of the lawyers and judges to present and contest create an unjust society at best. Justice stems from access to quality education, quality health care, do away with inequalities, social and economic security, family protection and equal playing field. Justice start with a just constitution that prohibit injustices, and a just leadership that is proactive and truthful to its people. Lawyers and judges are reactionary actors in justice system. They are no different than the prison system. You can have more lawyers, judges and prisons but it does not translate into a just nation.

Why attact the judiciary. What if u was a judge and u was captured. I am sure in my opinion u may have won cases unknowingly the client captured the judge. Why r u prolonging the zuma case it is about money. After 25yrs its still apartheid. Nonsense
