As for her going against men, what better way to train than to go up against men that biologically have more muscle mass and strength? A lot of the men she has gone against compete in the men's division. Also endurance & strength training comes into play by repetitively arm wrestling fresh arms. There is a method to her madness and high level men do the same thing. I'm still confused by that statement though. You do realise that a competitor's advantage can be instantly wiped out instantly by their opponent simply repositioning their elbow.
