    In this video I explain in only 2 minutes how to do an elbow stand really fast and easy! This element requires flexibility and balance skills, but I am sure that each of you can learn to do it fast. 💛

    In acrobatics, gymnastics and yoga there are different poses and stands. One of them is an elbow stand. To be able to do an elbow stand and balance, I would recommend you to warm up and stretch out your back really well, I have videos on that on my channel!
    Exercises that will definitely improve your elbow stand are: bridge on elbows, cobra pose, bow pose, bridge.
    Please, practice on a mat! It is really important, because otherwise you might hurt your elbows!
