IT WORKS!!!! Veronica's meditations ALWAYS work!!! They never fail!! But some of them work so fast that they become my favorites, and this is definetelly one of them! My SP was silent and distant for the past weeks and no contact whatsoever on the last days. Today I put my phone on silent mode, listened to this meditation while laying on my bed, and by the end of it drift off to a quick nap.
