Heya xx just a life tip but sometimes sugar free/artificially sweetened drinks can cause stomach complaints, just a heads up may not be relevant but I just thought I'd mention it xx can cause stomach bug or flare up type symptoms that ive had and then it's quickly gone away if I have full sugar drinks rather than with sweeteners x
