I make this stainless pipe bender because some of you requested to me to make this bender. and making this bender is hard because the stainless pipe is not like ordinary metal pipe that easily to bend.

Ratchet mechanism is best for this bender and ratchet tools is good but i need a heavy duty ratchet tools to drive this bender
but i don't have so for now I'm using this manual L shape tools :)
Make one. With your skill it's pretty easy. Videos to make one are all over youtube
Yes, that would definitely save time and headache not having to remove replace while bending a tube.
Btw even if you already heave one, heavy duty ratchet.. it needs to redesign your drive size.
You can easily using hand ratchet heavy duty with 1.5" to 2" which can solve it. But you need to redesign your wheel bender drive

Also I LOVE the fact that you got around paying the ridiculous amount for those dies, they are some greedy losers that charge that much, obviously a diy guy is buying or building a bender because having it done isn’t a possibility with his budget, and they should realize that I’d they cut their margins on dies that they would triple sales on the factory made benders! And then you come along and make a work around 😁 thanks for the inspiration and your hard work and sharing with us Sir, mucho appreciated!
I was wondering when we'd be seeing the rest of this build. Really cool bender n I like that the die is homemade n you can make different size dies for different tubing n interchange them

Well done. Sweet looking machine you have made. And by the look of those last few pipes you bend it is doing a good job of bending those stainless pipes. Stainless can be a real pain in the rear to work with. Keep it up!

As a rule I agree with your concern(s) in the 1st video re: bearings-welding, but it seems it didn't play out. Btw the only reason I read your original comment is b/c it was listed first-too bad it didn't say anything positive considering the limited amount of resources he has.

Cool! But, this pipe bending tool is for one diameter, 22.5 mm... and 1~ 1.8mm thickness, but! You can make custom exhaust pipes for motorcycles.
Buy, or borrow an example one, and make some copies! Sell them, make some $$$

Nice! Got to be a way to bend stainless steel with out kinks and flattening. Ive came very close. Mild steel tube bends alot easier than stainless. Very frustrating

hi sir. i saw this video and inspired to make one ☝️. . i have a ready made 1.5 inch die .. with a diameter of 3 inch inside .. my pipe got crush while trying bending .. is there anything about the bending die which ll be more accurate to bend a 1.5 inch 18gauge pipe . ..? can you plese tell me your die inner dia or the pipe you used to make this die.. is it 4 inch or 5 inch ?
