- Sean O'Malley sparring from 2016 to 2023. Having trained boxing since the start of his career in MMA, O'Malley combines a long jab with quick footwork and accurate power punching. Based at Arizona's MMA Lab, O'Malley also trains extensively with former MMA fighter Tim Welch. O'Malley is currently scheduled to fight Aljamain Sterling for the UFC Bantamweight championship at UFC 292.

@@killuminatusplays2001 smaller opponents easier to control distance advantage, and we all know he used artem lobov as human punching bag who was a smaller guy and he would hit him as hard as he could.
Sean is one of the best strikers in the UFC.

Hes as a top striker in mma for sure but against top boxers around his weight hes still average. Comparing explosiveness and power and skill to guys like tank, teo, etc.
He’s good, he wouldn’t be contender level but he would be a solid gatekeeper

O'malley has great boxing skills, I don't believe he can beat Gervonta but I do think he can beat others profesional boxer.
