Pasta with tuna
🔹 1 shallot
🔹 4 cloves of garlic
🔹 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
🔹 400 ml (14 fl oz) tomato puree
🔹 480 ml (2 cups) broth or water
🔹 2 cups penne pasta
🔹 2 cans of tuna in oil
🔹 125 g (4.4 oz) Greek yogurt
🔹 bunch of parsley
🔹 olive oil
🔹 salt
🔹 black pepper
