I haven’t tried phase but would love to. Have you updated to djay version 5 yet? Some seriously good features! Might also help with the drift you have experienced
Do you ever have your levels seem to be much higher than you had them? I’ve been using this software and recently got a rane one. My only issue is the levels jump when changing songs. Like a lot…..
I agree, but I don’t have the room for full size decks and I do a lot of mobile dj’ing. This is the perfect device for me. This video was when I was beta testing the software and used code to demonstrate the bug.

I use a USB-C apple digital AV adapter: www.apple.com/shop/product/MUF82AM/A/usb-c-digital-av-multiport-adapter It allows a USB connection to the iPad. I also use the DJay pro AI App on the iPad as it works with the Rane one controller. It's a great set up.

This still happens on my Rane Twelves on Djay 5.0. I tried a Rane One and it happens with it as well. It happens on both MacBook Pro and ipad.
could be a faulty unit or latency with your set up. I use Serato with Rane One and it works perfectly. No drifting.
I've noticed some sticker drift when using Phase and djay Pro on my Mac. Not as bad as what you are getting but it's definitely there.

There is a setting within DJay to automatically adjust the levels. I have that switched on and seems to be okay for the vast majority.
Same problème on serato dj pro but I suspect my old 2010 tinkpad, hope a new Mac will sort it out…
wonder if Rev 7 have this issue…….
Until Djay fixes it, use Serato instead or try virtual DJ.
The platter has to be spinning when you set the cue point. Don’t know why but that’s how it works. No drift when done that way.
What?!?
I have the same problem with my rane and serato.
Rane has not been able to resolve the issue yet.
Unlikely to be a problem with the controller, more likely a software issue, or your laptop not being powerful enough?
@@ExtendedPlayDeluxethats my thoughts with my old laptop same problem… it’s always in red zone so…
Uh oh, thats what I have to look forward to????
It seems to have been fixed in the most recent update 👍🏻
@@ExtendedPlayDeluxe Hi, I'm looking to buy this controller. Have you experienced anymore issues?
Thanks.
For 2k and u hot drift real nice it’s a serato machine instead of using shitty software I GUARANTEE SERATO WILL STOP THAT
The bug has been fixed. No problems at all now. I’ve got serato on my laptop. I actually prefer using DJay.
Can you a post up on how to hook it all up cheers

@@user-kk3bs7od6d I’m okay with my set up thanks 👍🏻
Damn that sucks w the jumping cues :/ the app developers still have way to go w their product..
It’s been corrected in later versions of the software 👍🏻
Is this DVS or internal mode?
Internal, it’s a motorised controller
How do you plug your iPad in to the raine one

@@user-kk3bs7od6d yep, it's just an Inpulse 500 with moving platters.
why not just use serato its what the board was made for lol
Serato doesn’t work on an iPad. And at the time I got it djay was best for stems.
Because serato stems sucks. DJay pro has the best stems right now.
