    I have had arthritis for some time and I found it difficult to accept my diagnose listening to Dr.Robinson has made it easy to understand my condition which is rheumatoid arthritis.

    I am 44 yrs old and I was now diagnosed for RA, its tragic me going from complete health to not able to help myself, this was educational i have lot to learn

      Agreed! Why is there no talk about causes and natural approaches to heal the inflammation? Food is a HUGE part of this!!

      @@lf8238 Diet is largely unsettled science, individualized and also very political. Diet definitely plays a big factor in autoimmune, I don't want to give any opinions besides doing journalized trials of different diets and finding what works best for you. Sadly, we don't have enough info yet and the politics of diet makes it a very muddy field of study.

      At least start cutting sugar and processed foods out, and avoid gluten. I have to avoid all wheat gluten- free or not.
