Harry Bhai enjoyed the entire video I agree with you champagne needs to be served in a champagne glass when it's a International flight and AI is competing with other International carriers it's important for AI to be on top of the game I am a hotelier by profession suggestion for the management to provide proper glassware otherwise looks little weird .

I think for Dubai they have not uograded the services enough because there are new uniforms and new utensils which are not used here. I think because it is relatively short haul flight from Mumbai.
They will be in full service from September 1 when they will fly to London

This is amazing to see Air India A350 has a premium product in Business class and competing with the Gulf Carriers. Needs more consistency in services but a great start. With Air India Its time Mumbai and Bangalore become Super Hubs like DXB and DOH to connect people from the West and Europe to South Asia and Australia.
