Is it possible to fix the audio syncing issue in Bb tuning and Dark Blue? This is quite possibly the best audio quality I’ve ever heard from a BD hornline video and I’d love to hear them without audio issues. Thanks!
Is an audio sync issue? Sounded like parts of the ensemble were not following the conductor.
@@Kr33py 100% an audio issue of some sort. No way the three-peat defending world champions would be that out of time on a slow-tempo lot tune, or any top corps for that matter. I see where you’re coming from though
@@Kr33pyIt’s not a corps timing issue. They would either be a tiny bit out of time due to the sonic environment or a whole beat out of step if it were the performers.
@declandougan7243 and speaking from experience. The tennis courts at allentown is an amazing environment to play in. So yeah the audio is off
My son just graduated from Clovis Highschool. So fun seeing Blue Devils perform there.

Question for the media team: what mic(s) were used to capture the audio for this? At 1:11 I can make out 3-5 different windscreens, are some of those back ups/not all of them are yours?
Legit things are gonna get really interesting between the two blue corps this season, especially when they go head-to-head. Not saying the previous shows were bad, but this year show actually has me captivated already.
Last year’s shows of the Blue Devils and the Bluecoats were ho hum. I’ve seen the Blue Devils in person and their show is much better. I see the Bluecoats have already laid down the challenge by changing their ending already and the Blue Devils need to play catch up now as I see they’re down by more than 1 point to the Bluecoats. We shall see how things play out throughout the season and how much the Blue Devils can close the gap. It may be a run away between the 2 of them for the gold medal and 3rd will just be there spectating as the end.

There is a connection, and watch the “conversations with scott chandler” if you’re interested. Note, however, no one would ever ask this question about most corps and most corps shows. How weird would it be to go “What does psychopomp have to do with jagged lines” because that’s not how show music is usually chosen by anyone ever.
