- We caught up with Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick last week during the TCAs in LA. He divulged a bit about the show's return to the CW with new episodes this year - and things kick off tonight when viewers find out what happened following his character Chuck Bass's car crash at the end of 2011. Ed also talked about life shooting in NYC, his style, and the band he loves most right now. He's got high hopes for his J. Edgar costar Leonardo DiCaprio's Oscars chances, and is looking forward to making a Romeo and Juliet movie with Haillee Steinfeld later this Winter. There was a lot to catch up on with Ed - check out what he told us!

Whenever he talks about Blair the character or Leighton I can tell he admires her alot. The chemistry between them is amazing. I almost think he once fell in love with her or still loves her. I wish they were together for real. They make a beautiful couple.

Well the British accent does actually exist, but there indeed diffrent once. Scotland, Wales and England (and a part of Ireland) are called 'Great Britain' The accent in Great Britain is called British, but you have indeed diffrent types of British accents. Quite complicated but yeah, that's kind of why people say British accent.

this interviewer does an awesome job at asking questions more about ed rather than chuck/gossip girl, it made this interview much more interesting and enjoyable because it provided a more rounded insight on Ed! plus he's so easy to look at and listen to.. props, popsugar!
