This hit close to home for me. I was paralyzed as young as her, too. I woke up one day in excruciating pain in my legs and realized my legs weren't moving. After being confined to wheelchair for months, I learned how to walk all over again. It was like I was learning how to walk for the first time. Bless her, what a strong little girl.
sorry, just curious, what happened to you? how come you woke up with pain in legs?
.
What happened ?
You rock so much!
How did it happen?
Amazing story, amazing girl, amazing parents. In this world full of horrible things happening, you need inspirational stories like this.
here im sleeping on the couch…
True
Wont stop the world from ending in a few years due to fat people how throw junk everywhere, our planet is dying. Quick reality check
Agreed
Clown 🤡 she is
The girl deserves all the praise but the parents are also as amazing as the girl. When her mother said that when Anqi will encounter difficulties in her life in the future, these moments will encourage and inspire her to never give up and indicate how far has she come, and that's really some inspiring stuff right there. Surely it could do wonders to anybody who's down in their life.
To "never give up" is the false phrasing. Trying and doing your best , yeah, everyone should do this.
But sometimes giving up, the same as asking for help, isn't wrong.
"You will make it through every hardships", when facing hard times, sounds way better to me.
She must’ve been in SUCH pain! as well as her parents by seeing her in that situation. Great job parents, and great job to you too kiddo💚
We want more people like her ❌
We need to be like her ✅

Sorry to pop your bubble but what's the difference between need and want
Is that a new popular comments formula? I'm gonna use it.
I’m posting this to recognize her father. What a man. How many clips didn’t have him in it? He never ever gave up on her and made her believe in herself 100%. What a human.
her mother too, she’s the one behind the camera, helping the daughter also
Her dad is in nearly all of the clips
It is awesome! Especially in today's day where a lot of children do not have both parents whether it is mother or father.....she has both and they love her very much.
Not everything has to be about a man. He did awesome, so did the mother. And it’s still Anqi’s story
This little girl literally just gave me the motivation to get back to my physical therapy . She is so inspiring
Oh my gosh she was paralyzed just from dancing at home! I can’t imagine how scary that moment was for her parents. What a strong and courageous little girl.
I can only imagine that she fell awkwardly and maybe hit something.
I know how terrifying.
This is exactly why physical therapy needs to be advocated more in the US especially when it comes to spinal cord injuries. A lot of times people in this country will always resort to medications or invasive surgeries with high risk, not to say that it’s not necessary in certain situations, but in most cases physical rehabilitation is what people need to get better in the long run. Go to a PHYSICAL THERAPIST if you have a severe physical or neurological impairment that does not require surgery! It will be a game changer!!!
Rightly said👍
USA doesn’t have health care infrastructure to support any type of actual healthcare.
@@marycanary3871 true. many believe it is meant to keep people sick, so that we keep taking medication and keep using their "services".
....you do realize that not everyone is paralyzed in the same way right...? Most of the time they need real surgery because their nerves or something are disconnected or not working. This is probably TEMPORARY paralysis.
@@marycanary3871 🤦🏻♀️
She's amazing but also her parents they literally did everything for their baby I wish nothing but the best for this family
Same
Yes
This brought tears to my eyes. Her parents are incredible parents and the little girl is an inspiration.
She's a trooper and her parents are absolute champs! So glad they supported and continue to support her throughout recovery and she's amazing for her willpower.
What an inspirational young lady, more grit and determination than most she's going to go far in life 👏🏻
Indeed.

This little girl is a true and accurate representation of the Chinese people. We are determined, courageous, and will fight through anything that goes in our way. This girl makes China and every Chinese proud. Thank you.
I agree. Many Asian parents will push their children to the extreme to achieve the goal.
We as children have that level of obedience.
@@semerahpadi4484 but you will be grateful for your parents “pushing” you to learn different skills when you realise these things helps you a lot when you’re achieving your dreams. At least I’m very grateful to my parents when I want to give up on anything. They encourage and inspire me to become a more mature and stronger person. That’s not about obedience, it’s maybe just Asian kids consider their future more deeply than others.
@@Lilz853 Not obedience, but trust in parents
So Be friends with india and dont fight

This little girl and her family are inspirational
This is a true example of love from the parents. They will do anything in their mind and physical will to help their child get better 👍🏼
Those parents are golden. Pure Gold!
her determination is strong & she never gave up even in hard times even at a young age, same with the parents. This is really inspirational.
The human mind is such an amazing thing. Once someone is disciplined, determined and persistent, then almost anything is possible. Kudos to the baby girl and her amazing parents who helped her to achieve this.
This beautiful story reminds me of my father. In my last year of uni, I had a mental breakdown and had to seek therapy. But, during the time I struggled to recuperate, my father was there for me. After I was stable enough, he would accompany me to uni to finish my education. Long story short, I graduated with a satisfying grade. From the little girl's story and my own experience, I do believe in the power of a father's love and determination. ❤
way she bites her dad's hand...man! I felt the pain. She's born a warrior
Well I'm in tears now! Beautiful little girl and such wonderful parents; the three of you are inspirational!
Lol. I thought I was the only one who cried.
It was the dad.
@@buckethead133 both parents helped. The dad is just seen lifting her more but both parents contributed.
@@buckethead133 just because the mother was less shown in video doesn't mean she did less for her
This hits close to home. I'm glad she persevered and her parents never gave up
A million kudos to her parents who did not believe the doctor's prognosis and went ahead to change the little girl's life.. Never ever ever ever ever give up on the people you love. 💜
This made me cry so much. She is such a strong girl. Pray for her full recovery and stronger than ever.
This is the embodiment of success in its greatest form. Having to witness such a wonderful and wholesome journey with people whom I know like you is the best feeling I’ve ever felt.
Why you cant stop crying you pitiful weakling
Ah and when the world needed him the most, Ray came back for us.
This is true courage.
Yeah
Parent of an autistic 4 year old girl here. Thank you for this video! It gives me hope that my daughter will talk one day. My daughter is also getting intensive therapies to help her overcome her disability!! This video gives me hope!
What an amazing father!!!! True dedication. And one brave little girl. Truly an unstoppable team! ❤️
Beautiful girl, with loving and caring parents.
She demonstrated a strong volition, no pain no gain! Wishing you could get batter everyday 👍🏻
Not like she had a choice in the matter they forced her
Why dancing can be so dangerous??
@@pinkcrystal7250 It was medical treatment to help her get better and walk again. Any parent will move both earth and sky to help their children.
@@pinkcrystal7250 they said she refused the offer to quit therapy, her parents wanted to stop
Pain is unnecessary if better methods are known.
Hats off to these spectatular parents and the will of their daughter is amazing!
so glad her parents never gave up.
As a father and as a man, even a cruel Balkan man!
I am not ashamed to admit that I shed tears of joy.
What a brave family!?!?
Thank you for introducing us with this beautiful, brave,
persistent and fighting family.
Man, lil kids really are quick when it comes to recovering from a terrible injury like this. Happy for the girl ❤
This will become a extremely valuable life experience for her. Well done to the daddy
When I see parents being loving, I admit it hits me hard. I can't remember even one time my mother came when I needed her. She always made fun of my failures, mistakes and hardships. It boggles my mind that loving families exist who don't fight everyday.
Best wishes to this brave little girl and mad respect to her mommy and daddy ♥️♥️♥️
What a beautiful faith. Her determination outweighs some adults. Many blessings to her. Keep moving along she's going to be a force of power.
What a little warrior and such amazing parents to support her in all of those challenges. She's going to accomplish greatness with the mindset they've instilled in her!
It was the dad.
@@buckethead133 I am very sure that both parents supported her, it's just that the dad can be seen in most of the videos I suppose.
Amazing. Kudos to the girl, her parents and the doctors/therapist and all parties for treating her.
Такие моменты всегда восхищают. Низкий поклон докторам, терпеливым целеустремлёным родителям и девочки, которые не опускали руки. Счастья вам.🌺👍
Слезы на глазах. Я так горжусь этой незнакомой героической девочкой!!!
What a warrior she is! Hats off to her and her family as well for such a determination.
What a great miracle She will truly be happy.Enjoy that kid.
Well done, Anqi. How amazing. I have partial hemiplagia. I try to stay as active with what I have left as possible. But I'm an adult. I cannot even begin to know what it must have been like for a child. Amazing parents, too, for going through it with her and not giving up. I wish them all the best.
I don't think I could ever live up to such parental love and skills if I ever had a child. Incredible
She is a Ray of Hope for millions ❤️
This girl and her parents showed resillience and never gave up on learning to walk again!
Восхищение железной силой воли как у девочки так и у родителей. Умница!!!
Infinite power to the parents and their incredible daughter 👏
Well done parents! Learning this discipline so early in life will be a blessing in disguise - she’ll be able to accomplish things that you and I would give up on. 👏 I see an athlete and a scientist in the making. She’s a hero 🦸♀️!
Definitely not an athlete but she has a great future as a scientist.

Beautiful, brave girl. Godspeed.
This made me cry.
What a beautiful story.
Big thanks and respect to her determined parents, doctors and therapists and of course this girl's will to walk again played a big role as well. She's a strong girl!
I'm so happy for her!
This video shows that with dedication and hard work you can get through anything!😊I’m very glad she kept trying❤️
Kudos for girls determination and support from the parents. You guys made my day. What an inspiration 😊 Love from India
I was so amazed & blown away by this little girl's effects, determination & perseverance. The girl never relinquished herself from beating the odds and her sweet parents providing all the support she needs. Already she's able to drive a bike 🚲 quiet well and without training wheels. 👌
Cheers for parents that never quit. I have an autistic 21-years old son, we never gave up along the way. He does and knows so much despite his limitations.
Love from India 🇮🇳 it's really heartwarming to see that girl and parents efforts 💖
Happy for the lil girl, hope she is always healthy and has a bright future ahead of her
I'm so proud of you little girl, keep on fighting. The people around you are so amazing for helping you.

She was lucky to have such supportive parents. She is an inspiring example of the indomitable human spirit. As young as she is thank you for sharing your lives with you tube. This is a great example to promote international understanding between cultures.
Well done little girl. May you keep recovering and be able enjoy life to the fullest.
On the other hand, this is also a lesson for all parents out there to always on alert and keep watch of their kids no matter what they do since children are prone to injuries.
I feel happy for her parents too. Seeing her recover so well must have lightened their burden of guilt.
I love this. ❤️❤️ they’ve defied the odds. I’ve been told by several doctors in the U.S. that I cannot be helped. One surgeon outside the county believes she can help however. Will be traveling within the next year for surgery. I hope I can defy the odds as well. ❤️ this story gives me hope
She's the biggest example of hard work pays off👍
This story should be used to promote what rehab is since they REALLY lack rehab specialists in China.
Not many videos can make me goosebump like this to the point I want to shed tears.
She and her family have admirable struggle. It must be extremely tough but they did not give up. I hope the best for them in the future.
I am in tears!! This beautiful little girl with so much drive and tenacity. Blessings on her home and her amazing family. I wish I knew where she was so I could send her a gift.
Какая сильная духом девочка! Какие прекрасные родители! Спасибо за этот пример воли и целеустремленности!
Waouh bby girl you are a incredible little girl and your daddy too,,,, so patient…….Send you love and support from France 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷
Even keep an eye on children 24/7 bad things can happen. I surprised after hearing she paralyzed dancing at home. Parents are true heroes here not to give up on her. 👏
She's a perfect example of a determined little girl with supportive parents no matter what, same for me. I was born deaf and the doctor confirmed my deafness at three half years old and immediately put me with hearing aids. Had speech therapy and with my parents support and encouragement I speak/hear with hearing aids in Japanese and English and able to lead normal life just like everyone. My parents told me they were fortunate that I was very obedient and determined in the first place. Many Deaf children throw tantrums and even throw away hearing aids, refused to learn to speak/hear. Many Deaf families asked for advice I have no right answer for them. This year, I'm 42 I just had cochlear implants in both ears and I have to start all over again but I am forever grateful.
Incredible :) happy she gets to walk again, she's so strong
Thank you Mom and Dad. Your love was the strength she needed.
Bravo to this young lady and her family .She has worked hard and is an inspiration..Hydrotherapy helped me most after such and I went on to be a teacher and did sport as well .She will make it :Big like and well done .♥👏🏻🥰👍 She is not a quitter and will do well :)
Salute that father who pays the bills for her daughter 's care is another part of humanity
I am so happy for this precious little girl. I'm sitting here with tears of joy. Angie, I think you could do anything you choose, you've already proven your determination. Love to you and your family, and to your amazing team of therapists and doctors.
Breaks my heart to see her cry, but she's a fighter. Glad to see she's doing well.
Fun fact about this phenomenon. This is contributed to a physiological act of homeostasis. When she succumbed to her spinal injury, certain cells developed during her recovery to help her live and survive the injury. The excruciating therapy she was experiencing was also homeostasis, where those cells that developed are also dying off due to her paralyzed body being reconditioned to move more often, that's why she was in constant pain. But after some time, homeostasis does its job and after all that therapy her body had redeveloped brand new cells that will help her survive all those movements for the long term
TLDR: Her therapy is the equivalent of working out to get stronger and adapt to the spinal injury
This is synonym to the saying: *Where there's a will, there's a way*
😭😭😭 brave girl I'm so proud of you. Your parents love you so much it's beautiful
She’s got her whole future ahead of her :)
Never give up. What a wonderful and determined young girl
This warms my heart. So proud of the little girl and how much strength and courage she has. And I respect her amazing parents that dedicated so many hours to supporting their baby in this journey. So happy she is walking again.
This is the news the world needs to hear about. The inner strength that little girl has is incredible. Got goose bumps and a warm feeling all over. Her parents are some amazing people as well. Loved every second of this video. So happy everything is working out for that amazing girl and her parents.
Awe I’m so proud of her and her parents that didn’t give up she’s a ball of sunshine and adorable
I shed tears of joy for this brave little girl and her family.
This made me tear up because when i was in middle school i got into a fight which blacked me out. When i woke up i was at the nurse's office and i felt pain in in legs. I couldn't walk for a hear and had to practice walking again. It was painful and i didn't like it. I kept crying a complianing. It looked like this girl and bless her! Now i can walk and run perfectly thanks to my teachers and parents!
This made me smile. This proves that nothing is impossible as long as you determine you can do it. Best luck to her family.
Hats off to her parent….. RESPECT 👍🏼😎
I hope you will have full recovery
What a lucky girl to have such parents. And vice versa. I wish this family all the happiness in the world.
I salute the parents for their hard work and determination to put their daughter back on track. Great job👏👏🙏
people took a simple walk for granted, but it takes an evolutionary line for us to be able to walk with 2 feets. This girl is an amazing example of how dedicated and hardworking our predecessor were
😭 it must’ve hurt in the process, but now look at her. She came a long way. Wonderful parents who supported her
