I agree ..constitutional right of each citizen to travel ..why so much requirements and make things difficult ?
Subukan lang ninyo na isa batas na refunded ang ticket pag na offload ang pasahero tignan ko kung merom p ma offload mag ka kutchaba ang airline at immigration
kung ayaw nila paalisin on the spot refund nila ang plane ticket. or pati records niyo mula kinder1 hanggang college dalhin niyo, mga deed of sale kung anong property, lahat ng medical records, lahat ng birth certificate ng pamilya, sukat ng lupa at bahay niyo, ilang kwarto,/CR/ kitchen/ dining/ ilang mga sasakyan meron kayo mga records niyan lahat.... kung sumusobra sila mas subrahan niyo dala ng documents isang kahon. kung kulang parin, yung estimate ng kinakain mo isang buwan, mga resibo sa grocery dalhin niyo na at mga bills niyo sa tubig/ ilaw at sukatin niyo ilang kilometro kayo mula bahay hanggang airport. meron pa... anong grado ng reading glass niyo, dental records, skin color niyo yung sakto, saan nag mula ang lahi niyo, at kung anoano pa na possible itanong sa inyo maigi na mapag handaan. sooo mas mabigat pa yata ang documents keysa luggage na dadalhin niyo😡😡

In my opinion:
The Bureau of Immigration is stepping on the Filipino's constitutional rights to travel. All the hassles discourage the Filipinos from traveling. It's none of the government's business how much money I have when traveling. The passport should be the ultimate identification needed to travel, NOT a birth certificate.

They are stepping on the right to travel. They're treating this like a visa application, there's no such thing as "departure visa".

Airport computers apparently do not share the BOI's database. You need an exit clearance letter from the BOI if a foreigner over 6 months. Why? Do you not have computers at the Airport that can access a do not fly list? Things like that need to be improved on. You should not have to go to the BOI for a clearance letter.
Properly communicate those new guidelines to your Immigration Officers on the ground. They will be the one to will impose those guidelines. A small misunderstanding can cause so much inconvenience to Filipinos traveling abroad.

We are all opposed to the long list of to requirements of traveling.

This policy adds hardship to Pinoy travellers. The ulterior motive is to create situation for travellers to pay under the table to qualify. Diyan magaling ang Pinay, paano gumawa ng pera.

FYI Another worst Airport- The BICOL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT located at Daraga, Albay is SUB STANDARD. It doesnt comply with ICAO Annexes ,Documents & SARPs. There are NO AIRCRAFTS HOLDING AREAS and this is the reason why BIA rightnow has no INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT and even in the futures unless CAAP reconstruct the design. Local Airlines AWARE the main problems both ( technical or operational aspects). Also both end of Rwy 05/23 has HIGH TENSION WIRES OF NGCP.
The public questions why CAAP Officials ( main office ) allowed it to name BICOL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT or even recommneded to use "Internatioanal Airport" wherein in fact it should never be called one for lack of ICAO compliance with internatioanal standards and its blatant disregard therein.
During final inaugural flight with the presence of former Pres. Duterte/ Tugade/ CAAP Officials themselves FAILED to mention that there is no AIRCRAFT HOLDING AREA nor the presence of BAY area which should be at least 3 ( BIA has only 2 bay outside for International standards ).
The present airport at Daraga should only be called BICOL AIRPORT. The ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE AREA signage for International flight but there are no passengers but with seats, the area could be used for other purpose. Its a waste and useless. Arrival/ Departure could be used for Commercial businesses .
CAAP comply ICAO SARPs.
Being a first time traveler is not considered any type of red flag anywhere else. Everyone was a first time traveler once

To lessen all this trouble why not get clearances from BOI before planned departure. It's like getting exit visa of a legit Filipino from his legit country. You know what why not just give docs that proves your legit Pinoy to get this nonsense exit visa. 😢😢😢

if na delay yung flight mo and na prove mo na hindi ka victim ng human trafficking or you have no violation at all. They should refund the tickets. Cos people who wants to go vacation save money for that trip. It didn't fall on trees.

Hndi pa naka2labas country hinaharangan na ninyo wala pa sapat evidence! Pangalawa bawal din maghingi kayo Working certificate kase Tourist visa related lang dapat is pera! At pangalawa wala na kayo karapatan busi2hin bank ng isang tao Lalo kung may cash naman! Ilang araw lang siya dun sa bansa pu2ntahan need paba 100k? Hndi mau2bos 100k maliban nalang pa2dala ka Balikbayan box isa2bay mo paguwi or nakaready na yung pinamili u2wi mo nalang! Yes dependecpo yan sa passenger. Mga red flags na ganyan eh ung mga female, first time at solo traveller lalo sa mga non visa countries esp asia at middle east. Pero kung naka pag tourist ka na sa iba ibang bansa di na yan pahirapan. My strict guidelines talaga sila sa specific na tourist.

wala pong karapatan ang immigration na magbawal ka mah travel as long as you passed all the necessary dpcuments. ang my discression na jan is ang bansang pupuntahan mo kung papasukin ka or hindi. Ano bang kabobohan ang meron ang immigration. Make a law kung gusto nyo ganyan patakaran nyo.
Can you also clarify guidelines of sponsorship to travel for leisure abroad from the philippines ..when a family member travelling were senior citizens? How do BI DEPT treats that certain situation?

the Philippine immigration is also know for being corrupt showing Proof of Financial capacity like your bank statements or your passbook sounds like a target for kutong. Pede ka nila e delay because you they have the power to do that.
