- I love Headmaster Hastings' covers. They are a very pleasant take on the classic songs that we all know and love. I'm planning on doing Ode to Gordon soon, but to stay on theme with the upcoming holiday, I'm going to try and put out a Halloween Episode before the end of the month.

I too felt the same way Toby lost his home to unhappy people, until the fat controller helped save him and his coach Henrietta.
Toby listened to his driver reading the letter from the stout gentleman and... but the narrator mustn't tell you anymore or he shall spoil the next story.

Poor Toby, he got kicked off the steam team just like Edward and Henry and he hasn’t been relevant in years. :(
It's not like the show was treating him any better in terms writing. Even Andrew Brenner, aka the KING of CGI Thomas writing, defaulted to writing Toby as a worrying child. It seems to be some sick joke in this franchise that when they don't know how to write a character, they decide to write them as a coward. @@chesapeakedproductions3009 I agree, Toby and Emily are probably 2 of the most inconsistent main characters in the series.
@@Woodenrailwayoliver20 I know. Emily goes from a kind somewhat insensitive newbie to the North Western, to literally into a mother character in the exact same season that she was introduced in. Now of course this isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the way they handled writing her was ridiculous. She seemed to be consistently scolding someone from Season 7 through the entirety of the HiT Model Era. She scolded Thomas and Percy for both calling Henry lazy and making fun of Salty's pirate talk, she scolded Thomas for not listening to HER about getting his snowplow in Season 8, she told off Toby in Season 8 claiming to know "everything". God, she sounds like she was written to have The Railway Series Henry persona
@@chesapeakedproductions3009 I honestly don’t get why they couldn’t have Edward be the main character that Emily interacts with, it would have kept Edward perfectly in character while still being able to be used just as much as the other main characters. Emily is like a bossy teenager so it would have been a very nice dynamic.

That but could of been "Toby went to his shed knowing he soon would die" but that might of been to dark. Also this might have A problem with ryming words with themselves
Also if they made the adventure begins A series of 22 minute specials they maybe could of put this in this, wouldn't this be WAY better than the songs in the movie
