It was great to be here, a majestical experience, it was very special to me this was my girlfriends first live reggae experience and she was enchanted by everyone's energy over there, reggae is life reggae is love reggae is unity !!!!
Harrison sem dúvidas é um dos maiores músicos de reggae do mundo. O cara simplesmente já mudou seus componentes umas 3 vezes, e a qualidade musical não cai, pelo contrário, parece melhorar a cada ano. Um mestre nos arranjos. Só pedrada 🔥
Salve Alexandro. Man, realmente os arranjos do Groundation eu não vejo em nenhuma outra banda de reggae. E com todo respeito aos músicos atuais (o guitarra inclusive é brasileiro se não me engano), mas o que realmente melhorou foi o vocal do Harrison e ele colocar outras pessoas pra cantarem algumas partes da música que ele dominava, fora as backing vocals que estão finíssimas. Mesmo assim, a Kim Pommel não deixava a desejar. Na questão de músicos, eu acho que é muito distante, man. A formação Paul Spina batera, Marcus Urani teclado/órgão, Ryan Newman baixo, David Chachere trompete, Kelsey Howard trombone e Mingo Jr nas percussões não tinha pra ngm. Praticamente toda música tinha solos longuíssimos, com improvisação. Passava fácil de dois minutos. Já cheguei a assistir show com solo de mais de 4 minutos. Era mágico demais. O próprio Harrison descrevia a banda como reggae-jazz fusion. E a pegada jazz era mt mais marcante. Coloque no CZcams Groundation Paleo Festival - Nyon, Switzerland 2007 e veja a diferença. Era divino. Sem querer ser saudosista, mas velhos e bons tempos...
@@Kelroots1 Urani no teclado era monstro demais!!! Eu lembro de um show no Opinião, só não lembro o ano exato, se foi em 2008 ou 2009. O Harrison logo no inicio do show, fez um comentário sobre futebol, sobre nós brasileiros sermos apaixonados por futebol e etc, e o Marcus Urani estava com a camisa da seleção americana. Eu lembro dele todo feliz, mostrando a camisa e tal. E eu lembro quando ele destruiu os teclados no solo da musica Weeping Pirates. Eram 4 teclados, e ele tocava de olhos fechados, olhando para cima. Eu ainda sou fã da banda na formação original, e os primeiros cds. Confesso que o ultimo trabalho deles, no cd One Rock, a pegada tá bem diferente, comparada ao Hebron Gate, We Free Again, Here I Am. Estou ansioso por mais um show deles. Esse ano já tem datas no Brasil, mas em Porto Alegre até agora nada :(
groundation the most impressive reggae band that ever came into the reggae scene they really have brouth the highest form of reggae music , but still there is one comment to give to bad that the new groundation band is not at the same level like the original was in the beginning I think they have lost some good amount of flame with this new crew not that they are playing bad not at all ! , when stil compering with the original groundation band yes it was just mind-blowing high class in every way. Officialdavid I agree with you. Original Groundation had a depth and soulfullness that drew you in it was very moving. The new members and different style may fill big stages and it is good music but it's lesser music imo.

Que cameraman sem noção. O cara não filma o teclado, a backin vocal da direita, nem o trompete, são raras as vezes que eles aparecem. Registro áudio visual péssimo para um show foda.
