- A five day, 1250km Victorian High Country adventure ride onslaught. We chose the hardest tracks on offer and linked them all together to create 'The Hard Way' route whilst being fully loaded up. This ride was the hardest ride I have completed as an adventure ride.

Fair call to Josh remember he drove down from Brisbane picked you up Sydney and drove to VIC....he is a weapon to do that ride and kept up as long as he did....he deserves 👏 RESPECT 🙏

FWIW: An easy way to make an electrolyte solution to prevent cramps and help stay hydrated is a mixture of potassium, salt, and magnesium. There are videos on YT on how to make the homemade LMNT branded electrolyte powder. I like to add a packet of Propel electrolyte solution that I get from Walmart here in the states. There may be the same or similar product there. Pre-hydrating is super important for any physical endeavor. Not judging. Just adding some pearls I've learned over the years from my experience living in hot and dry Arizona.

Done Deddicks in my 4b and mate broke his cv and we had to do emergency repairs in that camp or similar and tow him out so yes its steep and can be rutted out from 4WD's. great vid so far.

Bro that water in the high country is probably as clean as you'll ever find. I often go kayaking in rivers fed from streams like this and we drink water straight from the river. No need to boil but understand you want to be careful. Another great video bro

I ride from about 3700ft to 13,500ft elevation wise. Arm pump is a legit killer. Lost my left arm to a cramp on st charles in colorado and it almost killed me. Much respect to both of you.
