1.Use have used PVC pipes for hot water purpose's you should use CPVC pipes.
2.Due to Hot water will leakage with found....in joints @ both paste used and mseal used points....
3.Its not safe don't touch the water while switch is on.....

For village our tea shop copper boiler is safe and natural fire wood from field. Copper vessel hot water is good for health. Power unsafe and unsure.

Good idea and invention. Few things are the heater coil 3000 is very high for start up idea. Water should come from overhead tank with minimum height of 7 ft above for continuous flow. Otherwise coil burst. Secondly make S type our flow and non return valve for supply to heater. Auto power heating control with heat sensor very important. If overhead tank flow and purely for self use it is ok. Otherwise dangerous because unknown people if stop the water before the power switch off will catch fire burst. Make improvement with largest size pipe so water capacity and timing will match.

For safety u need to add cpvc pipes . Then it's contain 13.04A so use 16A mcb.. And use thermostat to control heat and Bust accident ... Heating element can be bust in heat

Max set limit for water is 60 degree C. so, no problem it will withstand. Ensure temp. Set point.
You can see the pipe he is holding has already melted and has a dent near the pipe where water flows out.Not safe to try. The melting point of PVC pipe is less than 100 deg.C.
