Now coming to your video ma'am: 1. raising corcern might be waste of time for you, but its definitely not waste of time for students. 2. While raising concern, we do simultaneously study for dec exam. 3. It is practically impossible to study everything from bare acts to delegative legislations and recent judgements. 4. You yourself being member and working in a company. Tell me one thing while doing any corporate actions for fund raising or for that matter any basics compliance, don't you refer bare acts before proceeding, than how can institute expect students to know everything when 15-20 years experiences PCS & members refer sections and rules before proceeding for their work. I know you are member of institute so can't speak openly against it but atleast dont justify it. Thankyou and sorry if it hurts. 😢

I know it does hamper a little bit in our studies but we r mature enough to distinguish between the time required for studies keeping in mind for dec exam and to raise concern. Secondly by seeing the attitude of council members we know that the reforms won't happen immediately, but it has to start from somewhere and this thing can't be kept on continuing and if we backout now then in future institute will keep on repeating the same mistake and no faculties and members will support cs students. By the way, the institute has done the same blunders in dec 22 attempt as well where marks were reduced by 50% for no reason. Lastly it's not about individual grievances but a collective effort to bring change for the betterment of students.

I agree ki practical knowledge bahut zaruri hai and isme itna kuch padhna padega warna ye prof course nai regular graduation ke equivalent hoga. The things you mentioned hereby about the studying pattern are correct but mam at the end these exams are theoretical and institute should except theoretical knowledge from students which seems fair enough but the things you said in the video about practical knowledge is somewhere not practically possible to be honest. The syllabus is already vast and we students are already preparing what institute has provided to us still i do not get that how can a executive student acquire practical knowledge while studying for his/her attempt? When we will clear our exams, institute itself says to complete a training of 21 months so that time isn’t sufficient for gaining that practical knowledge? In my opinion It’s just not fair that if the institute provides study material and students manage to memorise it and somehow interpret the answer in an acceptable way, why marks should not be awarded to them!
Also i want to mention few things here The criteria at your time (the time before 2022) for appearing in cs exams was relatively easier as the answers were to be presented in simple language and that too if no sections and legal terms were written in papers, still students managed to get 3or4 out of 5 marks question. For reference you can also check circulating checked answer copies from 2020-21. Just look at those answers which were written in a layman language and many of the answers do not even had mentioned acts,sections and sub-sections. Still these answers managed to get 3-4marks. What i want to say is when you gave the exams, paper checking was not on that level it is as todays! So technically you cleared exams without such hurdles which we face today in our attempts!
I agree about their blunders in checking. However, about the study material, if you are able to develop a good level of understanding by reading those material and if that helps you to answer case studies then you are at right path. Reading other stuffs will help you to strengthen your understanding of law and situations. Study materials are just a written law.

And in this attempt i got 45 in slcm and tbh mujhe mere slcm k marks ekdum sahi Lage joh likha genuinely utne hi marks diye hai open arms se welcome , kayi jagha pe Maine sahi bhi likha hai man se but woh suggested answers se match nhi hota isliye direct zero marks i get it 🤗.but jigl main 29 marks wala scene , harr question main 0.5 🥲 , but di maine yanha khudka itna itna time de Diya khudko sachmain physical level pe barbaad krliya hai that ab main sirf yeh nhi kr skti , last 2 attempts main bahut depressed rahi hoon and ab kuch improvement ka as such dikhta bhi nhi.
