Unlike others, I really appreciate the innovation this group has brought to firearms training with the SG shot timer. For the first time, I can use a timer in an indoor range beside other shooters and still get reliable readings to track my training progress. I am anxiously waiting for the U-Grip to hit Amazon because the beep (even if set to 100) is a little faint when I'm wearing muffs. Even so, this is the best shot timer ever produced, by far. Keep innovating, Shooter's Global!

So you didn’t do enough r&d before selling the original shot timer and now you want customers to buy a new magnetic attachment?
The fact that we are improving our products doesn't mean that they were terrible to begin with. It's the life path of every single functional product development company. Create a product that people like and buy and then improve them and introduce new ones.
@@shootersglobal You may want to get the word out better about the improvement as I just happened to see this video but still see postings on Reddit and elsewhere where people do not realize you eliminated the two issues. I bought the GO version due to lower cost and due to the two issues with this model. But I am returning my GO unit as it has a number of scratches on the screen with one of them making it difficult to read that section of the display. I may consider this version now if I can be assured I will get the new mount.
Mine is no where near that loud you can barely here outside on range
We are not sure how you can compare the volume of a sound in the video to a sound in real life, it's impossible. If you feel like your timer has malfunction, please contact support@shooters.global
@shootersglobal well the timer in video sounds super loud and I can tell u my timer is not this loud and can barely be heard on range
Sir comparing the sound you hear in a youtube video and in real life is not correct. The sound in the video will never give you a 1:1 representation of how you'd hear it in real life.
@shootersglobal yeah that was already said and I totally understand but your video sound is super loud and at least my shot timer can barely be heard on a quiet day thats all I'm saying along with others from the looks of these comments thanks
So basically the original design sucked and they want us to buy a new base to be able to hear it and not have the timer fall off. I just spent $300 a few months ago for a premium timer that isn't loud enough to use at a match. Customer service has been useless. Great features in the timer but being able to hear the beep is essential. Not getting another dime from me. Should be a free replacement
