I've gone back to a titliest 983k with a ys-6 stiff shaft, hitting more fairways than ever. I have always struggled with the 460 heads and going back to this has been amazing. Seems like I'm giving up no more than 10-15 yards on the best ones but the dispersion is a different level.

Making the comment only 4 mins into the video. But I have had a similar experience with my Cobra LTDx. I have a 5wood which I actually really like, but I am actively trying to sell my Hybrid as I can't get it to launch above head height. Its just a bullet. I had the driver for a test and was the same. Good to know it wasn't just me because I was contemplating swing changes over it :D (6 HC for ref)

Why did you not try adding more loft to the TSr3 with DJ shaft? Felt like the next step considering spin and launch was low. You were aiming for 2400 spin with 12,5 launch and the TSr3 at 10,5 would probably be very good. Just curious why this option wasn’t even considered.

I like these video, but always curious as to why people move out a spec that works. In Matt's case it was the Fuji 2.0 tour spec 6x which he seemed to crush. Nothing in this video seems superior to that shaft.

Nope!! Look at the two profiles we landed on. Higher balance point, tip stiff shaft. There isn’t a Ventus with those characteristics. We’ve said it many times but we don’t have any brand preferences. Only preference to what works best.
