Shinnok is the most underrated character in Mortal Kombat Edit 2022: Im gonna rephrase this and say, "Shinnok is the most underutilised main villain in MK". The guy is literally an Elder God but he gets beaten up by green magic. He made the deadliest artifact in the Mortal Kombat universe but they reduced him to a vegetable. I was so hyped when the new MK animated movie trailer came out because Shinnok was there but when I watched the movie, he was pretty underwhelming and felt rushed in the last part. He should've gotten his own movie instead. He's set up as a threat greater than Shao Khan but they never really show it. Most of the time it's Quan Chi or his revenants/demons doing his job for him. I want to see him use his full Elder God powers against the main characters so he can get the same respect as Shao and the other villains.
I'm glad that Armageddon and X made Shinnok much more threatening; he seemed more of a toss away villain in 4. Even the creators at the time weren't satisfied with him.
@@rtohiu9632 the fatalities get alot of hate because its kind of like a custom fatality. But you just end up doing button combo after button combo, which gets a little time consuming.
@@domengasperinii4443 its not that, because you do see him do a few fatalities in his videos. I think the fatalities are just a bit time consuming and he doesn't want his video to be too long.

I'd say trilogy is the best MK game there is. It's a classic, and it's got a ton of characters like armageddon does.
