Yeah, pretty sure body image group came straight from hell. The body tracing activity made me cry and then they had the nerve to try and give me my body trace picture when I left treatment. Okay 👌 we also had perfectionism group. We all hated that one. Loved ot. Art therapy. Also meditation. Until someone fell asleep and started snoring, which made me cry. Again. I cried about people snoring more than once.
omg, i remember once when our meditation group ended, the nurse was starting to pack up and practically half of us were still asleep with our heads on the table. i can't remember if we had any snorers though...lol. it's so odd to think back on these groups. it's taking me like 20 minutes to write this reply because i zoned out thinking about it all hahah.

Oh goodness, I can’t wait to be able to watch this full video tomorrow. Groups...they are definitely an adventure depending on the group!😬😉 But seriously, anyone taking that step needs to know you’re so strong, and that treatment can work for you if you are determined to make it work.

you are absolutely right. going into treatment is and always will be the right decision for anyone who thinks they may need it. it takes so much courage and strength and it is truly the biggest step one can take to begin one's recovery! thank you so much for watching 💖

I could do with the group therapy as out patient but in England I have no idea where to go for that
My mom wants me to go to a group that meets once a week and idk what it will be like and I don’t wanna go and I’m scared
