1975, Queen is creating a new album called "A Night At The Opera". While creating, writing, and recording songs, John Deacon, the band's bassist, has a best friend named Veronica, and he has been admiring her, since they first met. So he put it into a song, which is the only John D. song in the album.

I've been following VoicePlay for a while now, but this is the first time I've come across this song. I'm absolutely MIND BLOWN!!! This shows the unique talent of each member of the group - and the guest. It goes from slow to upbeat to funny (the megaphones) back to slow and touching. Completely amazing!

I'm always a little hesitant when I first listen to a Queen cover. Everything Queen did was so perfectly written, arranged and sung the bar is set very high. VoicePlay has more than done justice to "You're My Best Friend". Just the right blend of VoicePlay flavor with Queen's sound. Very well done
I was hesitant too being a Queen fan for decades, but they do awesome takes on Queen songs. After listening to Queen in 5 minutes I was reassured that they would do Queen justice.

My mom would faint at this but I didn't realize this was a Queen song. Absolutely loved it although it's bittersweet at this point. Deejay did an amazing job with the high tenor line and I loved the use of the megaphones. Glad Deejay missed Geoff's and/or Layne's head though when he threw his away!

Very interesting, are you saying that other tenor is off pitch based different tenor high notes not their low notes? Are you full of prejudice? Other tenor they use their techniques to able to hit the high notes? Which I absolutely admire as a tenor myself: now C3- A4, old C#1- A5.

I remember the first time I heard J. None when Voiceplay covered "What's This?" I really enjoyed his addition to the group. It'll definitely be odd not seeing him and his playful moves in future videos.
