    Hello Adventurers!
Hello and welcome to Lets's Fly WA! The name is kind of limiting in the scope of what we actually do because.... well, we can talk about that in a later post. ;)
Our content is about adventure and travel. I am a newly retired Army Tank Commander that has served overseas in Germany, Kuwait and Iraq. I scuba dive, ride motorcycles, fly small planes, captain a 33 foot boat and just try my best to enjoy my time on earth.
I am far from being a rich man but my family has made a choice to travel and have experiences instead of having "stuff". My oldest has been to 11 countries (he is 8 at the time of this posting) and my youngest has been to 5 (4 years old) as of 2020. That is more countries than either have years on this planet.
Why did we make this choice? Well, my dad worked hard as an aerospace welder (name on Mars and I grew up with Space Shuttle parts in my room) all of his life to raise his kids and hoped to travel after he retired. My mom has enough money to live out her days but my dad passed away a few months before his retirement. They never had a chance to travel and experience new things.
The lesson I learned from that was that they never were able to enjoy the time they hoped to set aside so we should enjoy and share the time we have.
A fancy home is great but experiencing your country and the world is far more important.
I am fortunate and I know it. This is why I invite you to join me because this could end at any moment and many of my viewers may never have a chance to experience what I'm trying to share.
Tell me how I can make the videos better, tell me what you want to see.. All I ask is that you don't turn away because I failed to deliver without telling me how to improve.
Join us and share in our experiences!
