- What is Dance for Kindness?
To some, the world is filled with war, hatred, violence and hopelessness but together we have the power to fill this world with kindness, trust, hope and love.
In honor of World Kindness day (Nov. 13th), Life Vest Inside initiated Dance For Kindness. Groups from across the globe unite under the banner of kindness and join together to perform a Kindness Freezmob/Flashmob to the same song, same dance, all happening on the same day.
Become part of the change you wish to see in the world by taking a stand and dancing for kindness because kindness, does in fact, keeps the world afloat.
Previous Years Impact:
In 2012, the event took place in 30 locations simultaneously, spanning across 15 countries including: Mexico, India, Russia, Australia, Singapore, Chile, Canada, and in over 10 locations in the US.
In 2013, Dance For Kindness took place in over 40 cities spanning across 25 countries with national and international news coverage, such as Bloomberg TV watched by millions. Over 25,000 dancers and spectators took part in Dance for Kindness and we continue to grow exponentially each and every year.
Registration for DFK 2014 opens August 28th at our Rock for Kindness Benefit Concert. DFK 2014 will take place on Sunday, November 2014 - more details to come soon!

Sometimes we forget that we need to help each other in order to live better. Everyone dies at somepoint, but it's up to us to decide celebrating life. We should stop asking government for help, it doesn't matter how bad your country is, you can make all difference by changing the way you treat the others. When you see someone on their feet at the bus, stand up and give your seat, treat people the way you would like to be treated. Life is better with people around us, but sometimes we forget that. LifeVestInside does a great job, hopefully we can spread the word and finally change the way people relate with each other. One day we are going to look back and see how things have changed and this time, we are not going to promote kindness, instead, we will celebrate its reach. Awesome job, we should never give up.
