In this video we made a FanSink for our Raspberry Pi 4, it is simple to do and costs just 1 Dollar. We can keep the Pi cool even after overclocking it to 2 GHz.
Commands to overclock (Disclaimer: Do it at your own risk!)
The cooling system should be in place prior to overclocking.
In Raspbian:
Edit /boot/config.txt
In Ubuntu Mate:
Edit /boot/firmware/config.txt
Include these lines in the the files
boot_delay=1
over_voltage=6
arm_freq=2000
gpu_freq=700
Note that these settings are applicable only for all variants of Raspberry Pi 4 (1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB).
