Moving in to Hong Kong for work | Throwback Vlog

Hi Precious People! I found these footage in my camera from when I was moving in to Hong Kong last year. Long story short, after I graduated master's, I got a management trainee role in Hong Kong so I moved here back in September 2023 after working the summer in New York and France. The video mainly consists of b-rolls so it doesn't make complete sense but it has bits and pieces of my new apartment, my office, and the beauty of Hong Kong in general. Enjoy!

Love watching your vlogs bec you represent well a Muslim. The no-makeup bec of the constant wudhu, wearing inners to sleeves with very loose cuffs as to not show the wrist, the prayer mat, the search for halal food, the modest clothes. I relate to them so much.

i haven’t been watching a lot of youtube in general lately so i have missed quite a lot of your life updates. but seeing this recent update and knowing that youre married, may i know how youre managing both your career and marriage? does your husband live with you? are you guys currently navigating long distance? im asking because inshaAllah in a few years i’ll be getting married. i met my partner while studying abroad. both of us will graduate end of this year and we plan on getting engaged around the same time. both of us are on scholarship but mine isnt bonded so im free to continue working in this country while my partner has to immediately fly back. ive always had dreams to work here for at least 2-3 years prior to meeting him and it’s something that he supports. but since marriage is in both our minds, do you have any advice on how to navigate this situation? thank youuu
