even if he could still play (which is questionable), he'd have to commit to defense (which he wasn't the last several yrs). he'd need to be able to accept a *MUCH* smaller role (which he can't). probably have to play for damn near league minimum (which would be insulting to him). on top of that, promise not to cause waves in the locker room & on the court (which has been an issue in the past). in other words... he's not worth the headache at this point.

There may have been some racism surrounding AI, however he did have a lot of negatives. And I love AI man, just a shame to not see him embrace practice, professionalism.
