One thing i like about Rise is Donnie and Mikey's relationship; in the 2012 Donnie couldn't stand Mikey and they were always fighting or screaming at each other, but here Donnie actually spends a lot of time with Mikey and he doesn't find him annoying nor stupid, I think actually this Donnie has such a soft spot for Mikey that he treats him better than his other brothers lol little brother priviliges i guess but yeah, they make such a funny and interesting team here! reminds me of the 2003 one
Yeah nickelodeon really screwed with this show when they aired some of the episodes out of order But I have absolutely fallen in love with this show. Michelangelo is forever going to be my favorite, but I've loved every character in it. Can't wait for more reactions!

Grew up on the OG cartoon. Read the original Mirage comic extensively. Rise April is THE best April. I’ve seen them all. Rise April is GOAT.
Yees rottmnt the interactions the brothers are amazing and funny ! i hope You can watch all the season(there are emocional episodes too) final season 1 and Teo are epic battles and all the animation un all episode are amazing!!❤ Also one of the director of the show confirm that rise donatello is autistic
4:03 I never thought of them as any race of human. Mainly because they were turtles. I just figured they were New Yorkers. Didn’t even consider what color skin their voice actors were because IT IS MUTANT TURTLES! They don’t got a skin color. They’ve got a species!
@@ZacBurris-jq8vm the movie does a solid job of standing on its own without requiring first time viewers to have watched the show. Especially given the fact that the show had a very episodic nature up until the 2nd season when it starts to get focused. In a lot of ways this movie actually got us to watch the show. Once we finished it we went back to the movie and noticed all the cool references to the show. So it worked out well for us personally. I feel like TMNT fans owe it to themselves to just watch Rise in general. Doesn't really matter which order they do it in my opinion.
@@ZacBurris-jq8vm Personally I think the movies a great way to get new people to watch the show if ever they feel skeptical about it. Sure theres some parts that were spoiled but like they said, it doesnt take away from the show itself. You can still enjoy the show even after watching the movie ^^
I dislike this show not because it is different I dislike it because it is not what I love about tmnt which is serious story telling, that is why I never watched the 80s cartoon, I tried watching the first season of it but in general there is nothing in it that interests me. I am giving this show like the 5th shot maybe or something, at least I know this show has good animation so I am looking forward to the fight scenes, that is of course if I actually watch past the first episode this time.
Understandable. What pulled us in was the movie. The show starts off slow and episodic. But it gradually gains its footing. It has some great character building if you can get past the humor.

The coolest thing about this show is that voice of Donatello in TMNT 2012, Rob Paulsen is the voice director of this rise of the tmnt show

Simple. We wanted to watch the movie. It didn't take anything away from our experience once we watched the show.

Its called the Sphero Spider-Man. They stopped producing them but you can find them on certain sites like Amazon.
