Making it Real: PERI SKYDECK Training with the Carpenters union

Paul Blanchard, an instructor at the New England Carpenters Training Center in Millbury, MA, talks about the school's new Peri SkyDeck system and concrete form climbing wall. They're great examples of how our training programs are using real world tools and materials in a controlled environment with expert instruction to help carpenters become proficient and safe. For employers, it's increasing productivity and significantly reducing the time and money lost to on the job training.
