    Tanduay and ginebra gin both are 80 proof. Roughly around 40% ABV. Im drinking tanduay while watching right now.

      Cheers from cold Europe at the moment! I am not so sure about those number, because it depens "what number" they are telling. I mean sometimes they are telling "raw" and sometimes "final product". Anyhow, I like your guitar play!

    Tanduay is actually so smooth that you won't even need a chaser. The problem is it taste so good but when it hits you, it would hit you like a ton of brick. Bundaberg rum from Australia is very strong and has that after burn. So I prefer Tanduay.

      Tanduay is not bad at all - you are right. Personally I like to drink shots when they are cold. And as we know, in Philippines drinks are many times warm.

    You need chaser with all of that drink bro, liquor here in PH is way stronger than other countries. we can drink plenty of that because we cover the alcohol taste with chaser, try gin + pineapple juice or pomelo juice.

    Please taste also other San Miguel beer varieties: Cerveza Negra (dark bitter beer). San Miguel Dry, San Miguel Premium and Gold Eagle (the cheapest among San Miguel beer)... also from Asia Brewery (another local brand competitor of San Miguel): Manila Beer and Colt45 (this one is stronger than Red Horse)...

      By the way, my personal favorite is Tanduay Dark rum (the original long neck, the one you tasted).... there are other variant of Tanduay... Tanduay 5 years, Tanduay White, tanduay Gold, Tanduay Silver, Tanduay Double Aged Rum and many more .... Emperador is just sweet for my taste but i do drink this also from time to time

    San Miguel, San Miguel Lite, Red Horse, Emperador Light and lastly Ginebra Gin. Those are the best in my opinion, really don't like Tanduay it's very strong and I don't like its taste.

      @@finternational2633 Filipino's drink Tanduay back in the days, but when Emperador came out they jump ship. Most people just drink Emperador Light today then wash it with Red Horse then sleep hahaha.

      @@Specify21 Yep, Tanduay has strong roots. I came first time 2004 to Bohol and I cannot remember Emperador, so it is now trendy.

    dont mix the tanduay and coke .. its not the standard in here..
