Great advices! I remember my first figure I wanted was a RotJ Luke , and the only version available was the Sideshow one. I'm glad I cancel my purchase and waited for the Mandalorian Luke instead. Totally worth it. Yes , space is the biggest factor to consider

Much the hard way since collecting back 2008-Now. The can’t collect everything really hits home and it’s a trap many collectors fall into especially when you “start” because the very first figure just knocks you off your feet that you just have to buy another because you just can’t believe what you have and it becomes a quick, (if not to careful) dangerous (financially) addiction.

Hello :) This is such good advice. I didn’t get the new SpiderPunk even though it was perfect and I really wanted it, mainly because I already had one. I wasn’t convinced I needed another one. I collect other figures but not whole collections and I have given away figures to family over the years as my interest has waned in some figures or IPs. It’s ok to let go of some figures and invest in others.
I limit my collection to 50 at any given time. Thanks for the video 😊💎
Limiting your collection to 50 is an interesting concept. Keeps you collecting but refining your collection. Keeps things under control

The prioritising thing is a lesson Ive been grappling with as of late. I really wanted the Sideshow David from Lost Boys since Ive wanted a 1:6 Lost Boys figure for ages. I wanted to pre order it, but then Inart finally launched the pre order for the Phoenix Joker which Ive wanted since they teased it before the Ledger Joker even came out, so I had to go on a payment plan for that. But since then Sideshow has also announced the 1:6 Tim Curry Pennywise, which has been like a grail piece for me. I know a grail piece is usually something that already exists that you really want, but for me Ive wanted a high end company to do a 1:6 Tim Curry Pennywise for literally years, its been pretty much my biggest wish since getting into the hobby so when I saw that, it took absolute precedent over anything else.
If I can figure out a way to still get David that would be cool, however I need to prioritise the other two first.

Unless you don’t think HT will make new updated figures☹️ been waiting on a new captain marvel from The Marvels and I don’t know if they’ll ever make another captain marvel, so I bought the one from the first movie… also had to buy and old Gamora, because they didn’t make her from Guardians 3…. Also waiting for a Namor from Wakanda Forever…
