12:24 Leo: "That's right ninja... We yokai will steal all of your souls! Through your butt!! *Laughs menacingly*" I laughed for a solid 30 minutes straight when I first heard that when this episode was released on Nickelodeon.
9:06 An interesting parallel to Leo and Raph behave during sparring. Not to mention how Splinter himself uses pressure points to stop a fight between his sons.
There was a theory that suggested that Mikey went with Leo because he was scared to lose him again like in the beginning of season 3/season 2 finale which I thought was cute ❤ great vid!
I always wonder was tang shen with saki before he siad too her take me back but i can see why she left him maybe he couldn't control his anger and miss trate her but thats his fault for being always a jerk too her and he try killing yoshi because of it and his jealously makes him go too his past of what happen too his father and his foot clan
31:58 15 minutes back he says that he will handle them personally and then when it's time to punish them, he sends in tiger claw instead. Punk ass behavior.
Random question do you plan on showing your wife any of the older power rangers seasons. I was wondering because I would love to see her reactions to some of the stuff that happened in lost galaxy and wild force
Yeah I plan on going back to some of the older stuff, some of which I've never seen myself. I've been debating doing Jungle Fury first. But we'll just have to wait and see.
Why you treat shredder like trash, even in the past. It's clear that he was a good guy, not evil. He just had a rivalry about everything with his brother. Yes, he has anger issues, but also raph does. And his story is similar to karai, like cycle is repeating. They both raised by enemie who killed their actual parent (it reminds me loki's story, not to mention hir rivalry with his brother), and they both dedicate their live to revenge. And imagine if shredder didn't know the truth. He actually cared for shen and miva. He didn't care about hamato clan, and had no problem to go to NewYork.
You want me to treat a villain who would go to any lengths to kill his brother even if it means brainwashing his niece like an upstanding citizen? He's a villain. Yeah there are some things that I can feel sorry for. But I'm not about to treat him like he's some unsung hero. It's because of Splinter's teachings that Raph has been able to control his rage and avoid killing people like the Shredder.
@WeAINTseenITREACTIONS about raph, you're right. That the contrast between them, that's the point. But I am not saying that shredder is a hero. He is a villain. But I am a sucker for well written villains. I don't have anithing with him trying to kill his stepbrother. Loki also tried to killed his brother, and used as excuse that he is not his blood but everyone love loki. But I agree with you that controling daughter is worst and unexcuseble. It's seems like a controversial to me, at first, he said to baxter to make retromutagen to heal karai. And then changed his plan off screen and wanted to control her mind. I guess he would heal her, after he ends with hamato clan (splinter and turtles) once and for all.
He wasn’t evil? He literally let the love of a woman who didn’t love him the same way as he loved her who already was married and had a family with his friend/brother and he let jealousy get the better of him and tried to kill splinter over it. Not only that he was actively trying to ruin a whole family/relationship. Like how can you see all of that and still make excuses for shredder? Now his quest for revenge would be more justified if he only cared about avenging his father death and reviving the foot, but since he went further than that because of a married woman who didn’t love him he’s completely evil.

The voice of Tang Shen was the actress of Karai in the Bayverse movies! Her name is Minae Noji
That's dope. Her and Kelly sound so similar.

Tales of the Yokai is one of the best and saddest episodes, and attack of the megashredder is one of the grossest and most disturbing episodes lol.
Agreed
14:25 "THROUGH YOUR BUTT!!!!" I lokey forgot he said that.... lmao
The funny part is that's actually what the Kappa do in myth
Fleece Johnson
😂

Its so cool so parallel
The scenes with Leo grappling onto mega shredder and using his swords reminds me of attack on titan
It was supposed to. It was a direct reference to attack on titan because the anime was blowing around the time of this episode
@@armandhammer439 That makes perfect sense
I love that Leo brought back the attire from the forest episode
Leo 💙 is not the same no more ever since his voice changed I miss Jason Biggs
Leo 💙 every time he calls splinter sensei it sound better when it was Jason Biggs
Have you noticed that human shredder looks like wolverine
He don't
It's just the gloves
That mega shredder was nasty have you noticed that the tung with the human on it looks like human shredder kinda
