    Just found your videos, definitely going to try this. I love squid and usually cook it Italian style like my grandma, but this looks so good!!! Only I wish I could find large beautiful squid like you have in the video. I find it interesting that you didn't peal the skin off but I have had it in Japanese restaurants and they don't take the skin off either.

      thank you so much!! do let me know how it fares, i'm always curious to know how our local dishes translate elsewhere! and yes - I actually prefer skin on! i enjoy the colour contrast plus there's really no difference in texture at all.

    Too slow too boring, good food but speed it up
