Don't minimize your labour experience! Just because others may think you had it "easier" than them, labour is HARD WORK no matter the experience! Every delivery is an incredible show of strength and perseverance. You are an amazing mama and you're feelings about labour being challenging are valid. You're babies are so adorable and you and Parker are such fantastic parents!
My labor was intense too. I got admitted around noon and didn’t start pushing til 8 am the next morning. I came in closed off then as the night progressed I was dialated to a 10. I also found the mirror so helpful too because it felt like I wasn’t making progress.
Women are truly amazing for doing all of that! We must all remember to be grateful for your bodies🤗.

With my first Bub, the epidural was a god send. Honestly was so good. Second and third babies, the epidural failed both times. No-one really understands the feeling of giving a natural birth unless they've been through it. Worst pain I've ever had. Honestly wouldn't recommend a natural birth haha. But all power to those strong mamas that go through a natural birth With no pain relief.

I used to work at an Orangetheory here in my town and we have many pregnant women who take class and work out all throughout their pregnancies which is so cool… one time we actually had a pregnant mom who’s water broke on the treadmill during a tread block which was so crazzzyyy and so exciting! Just wanted to say that story really quick haha love Orangetheory!
Yes! The end of pregnancy is so hard and uncomfortable. Im 38 weeks 1 day today with my first baby and only 1cm dilated :( im being induced on thursday at 39weeks but hope my baby comes before thursday.

I was told you shouldn’t eat before incase you need an emergency c section but my hospital actually told me to eat before I came in! I guess it depends on the hospital
That’s exactly why! Some women are very obnoxious about it because they think the hospital wants to control them but it’s all for safety
i’m not a mom or a mom to be and yet i skipped my workout.. aspyn, literally about to give birth, still goes to her workout class 💙🥲

Everything is meant to be (being born early), the cord being around her neck is so scary. I’m glad she came earth side where you can take care of her 24/7 not being able to notice stuff like that in the tummy is scary!!

My baby was sunny side up with the cord around his head too. I ended up needing a c-section. I didn’t realize that was such a hard position for a natural delivery. I hope I can have a better experience the next time around. Glad it all worked out for you

My second baby literally came out in the second push in less then 5 minutes my first one took like 15 min
Oh man, what I wouldn't give to have experienced getting to 7cm dilated before feeling proper contractions hahaha. It took me 38 painful hours just to get to 4cm lol (52 hours total labour). It's so interesting how every labour is so different.

I am on the fast labour team.. my eldest took 5.5hrs from the very first contraction & sign of labour to him being born. And my second took 3.5hrs from the very first contraction too.. 😂
Also with my second I went from a 5 to him being on my chest in 30 mins!!!!!!! 😱

It's hard to tell with Lola, but she definitely looks more like you than Parker. Cove could be Parker's twin! I think in a few months it'll be easier to tell though!

Please do a video on how you do life with a toddler and newborn please!! I’m in such a rut I’m breastfeeding trying to lose weight but starving and constantly making sure my toddler isn’t getting into everything and then the newborn is hungry again don’t have time to workout or none
