I have decided to buy and start using microfiber clothes at home. It was good to know how to take care of them. I already knew not to use softener 😊

I own a cleaning company as well. This is great advice I learned the hard way. Lol Another tip if they are really soiled I will add a little ammonia to the wash. It wont smell like ammonia when its done. Ammonia will get rid of any harsh smells in those towels. Always always lowest setting on your dryer those towels are basically a type of plastic they will melt and become useless.

@johnmal5975 Thanks for sharing your insights! It's great to hear from a fellow professional. Adding a bit of ammonia is a fantastic tip for tackling heavily soiled towels, and you're right about it not leaving a lingering smell. Also, your advice about using the lowest setting on the dryer is crucial-those microfiber towels can easily get ruined if not handled properly. Thanks again for the valuable tips!

Question: Is there a specific color assigned to each microfiber cloth based on its intended use?

Who has so many towels that they can create a washer load with just one type? Maybe in America the land of plenty. I rinse cloths after use while the dirt is still fresh. Usually they are small enough that they need a rinse when they become saturated. Use grey cloths where dirt is not as visible. One of the substances wiped up is lint from other fabrics, so it will get in it.
Most common "micro" is not so micro compared to natural cotton. They can't hold on to any water.
