The stuff of dreams! In particular I'll never tire of seeing your extensive Takara/Japanese collections. 👍
Thanks very much bud
This video was an absolute treat. Your knowledge of all the G1 entries combined with the completeness of your collection helped me gain a new appreciation for the breadth and variety of G1. Personally, i like the late 80s and early 90s stuff because those neon and bright hoghlighter colours are absolutely gorgeous as is all the vac metal from the earlier pieces. Thanks Russ!
Awesome, thank you!
😅
Russ I love your transformer toy collection video!! It is soo inspiring! I'm a huge transformer fan, I love this channel!!!
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks so much
you got a one of a kind collection love the vids keep the hard work up
Thanks very much. Appreciate your comments
Your collection is dead set world class. Most people would have never have seen alot of these In person. I certainly haven't. You could film your collection 100 times over and all us G1 fans would watch each one on repeat 😂
I’ll try not to do it that many times but will definitely do it a few more in certain categories etc
I’m a G1 fan and ur right
That is awesome transformers collection on the shelf. Cool Bud 👍😎
Thanks very much Adrian
Awesome Awesome collection brother and amazing room🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩thanks for sharing with us 👍👍👍👍👍

Insane collection Russ..alot of dedication to the hobby.... Thanks for sharing these rare gems...
Thanks for watching! Appreciate the comments bud
This is really nice. I am just starting a collection and these are all so cool!
Thanks for saying so.
Good luck with your collection and I hope you enjoy the other content on here.
@@ToysareRuss yes your video helped me to transform toxitron and learn to do it much faster
Wow, your collection is beautiful. I’m speechless 🤩😍
Thank you so much 😀 check out the playlists on here for some of the figures you might like to see. Including the G1 Japanese and European exclusives

Thanks very much.

It's just an amazing spectacle, your knowledge is second to none. I've been out of the game a while but it's videos like these which spike my interest again. Truly wonderful
Thanks very much for your kind words. I hope you enjoy the other content on here too.
@@ToysareRuss knobs words 🤣
@@NeilRBaker oh my days. How on earth did it change it to knobs from kind and me not notice it?! Lol
@@ToysareRuss cybertronic error maybe
Always nice to see G1 displays!! I just recently uploaded my own room tour as well to my profile… mine are all loose, so seeing the number of duplicates/variants and boxed figures you’ve managed to display is quite impressive!
Thanks very much. Once I collected them all I started on variants. So it’s another rabbit hole I’ve found myself in. I just wish I could display all my G1 properly.
@@ToysareRuss Totally get it!! Once I “finished” my US G1 collection it was like “wait, there’s more!!” 😂 A few of my foreign figures are high quality KOs and customs but the one that still eludes me is Battle Gaia … you’d think with how often that mold is reissued and knocked off that we’d see that color scheme again by now 😂
@@LouboutinReviews I’ve managed to get all G1 literally all Japanese and European exclusives. In a way I’m really pleased that they haven’t knocked off battle Gaia as it gives it that elusiveness
Just amazing so cool and you really put some effort and time and money on your collection so cool to see just so amazing have no words
Thanks so much! Hope you like the other content on here too.
Wow! This is an incredible collection! I would love to see more in-depth videos broken down by release year.
Ok bud I’ll do my best to do that

As always your collection is just awe inspiring.
Thank you so much!
Amazing collection, Russ! 🤘🏻
Thanks very much
Astounding. You need to open a museum!
Thanks very much. Hope you enjoy the other content on here
You could open a museum! Never seen a collection like this. Well done.
Thank you very much! Hope you enjoy the other content on here too. Over 20 years of collecting here.
Sensational collect mate!
Thanks very much.
Russ, this is amazing!!!!!! Incredible!!!!
Thanks very much
I knew this was going to be impressive, but words don’t do this collection justice.
Dangerous viewing this close to TFN lol.
Poor Bumblejumper had fallen over lol! 😉
Thanks very much pal. Manny years of collecting there.
I’ll get video of G2 machine wars etc done soon as well
Awesome Collection Bro👍
Thanks very much. Hope you like the other content on here too.
Me being a huge bruticus fan and seeing my Grail battle Gaia just sitting there for a split second really did leave me speechless, really what an amazing collection you've got there
Thanks very much. I’ve got full videos on each member of battle gai and a combining video too.
Good bloody lord… that was beyond exhaustive… that was the archives of TF Wiki come to life. My jaw is still on the floor. 😲
Thanks so much. It’s decades worth of collecting. There’s individual figure showcases on here too.
Thunderwing, most beautiful pretender. Still got mine.
Agreed he’s amazing. Check out the G1 blackshadow review on here. It’s the Japanese version of thunderwing in a different colour scheme
Great collection!
Thanks! Hope you enjoy the other content on here too.
Absolutely stunning, amazing collection!
Thanks buddy. You’ll have to pop round again soon
@@ToysareRuss definitely 👍
By bookcase mate or by year either way they are fantastic to see, congrats on 10K
Awesome, thank you!
Phenomenal collection! There’s so many rare ones I can list it’s insane. As I said when I began watching the channel the Classics display is unbelievable. And then there’s what seems to be the entire run of Japanese exclusives and all of the European Exclusives. Even the carded Generation 2 items are very impressive. Sealed Clench! That’s unheard of.
Thanks pal, as you know man at, many years of collecting. It’s just great to finally get it sorted so you can see every figure from G1 in one video.
I’ll do a clench video now as I’ve been meaning to for ages.
Love your collection
Thank you! Hope you enjoy the other content on here too
Wow very impressive collection I really like it
Thank you so much 😊
Lmao I love that you have an Omega Spreeme 😂😂😂👍👍
Thanks. I have both variants. Long and thin turret. Plus short and stumpy one
That was amazing, your collection is just getting better and better. Oh, if I was in that room, I won't lie but I would be super nervous as I wouldn't want to accidently knock something over or anything like that. Rest assured if I was asked just to hold onto a box (to say show it off on camera or something), I would certainly NOT open it. I know how much these carded and boxed figures are to collectors, either for value, or just for sentimental reasons. I honestly won't know how you would get all toys of a single season into a full display, but if you decide to do that, I wish you good luck. Of course, I love the fact that Takara has its own corner. ;) :) Keep up the good work. :)
Thanks very much bud for your continued support on here. I’ll do my best to do some individual seasons. Bud I’ve still got a load of figures that haven’t had their own individual videos done yet
@@ToysareRussNo surprise there as there are SO many. ;) Still it gives us all plenty to look forward to in the future. :)
very nice - you should open a specialist airbnb... I'd pay top dollar to stay in a room surrounded by all those beauties 😉
Great idea. Cybertron stay overs!
NICE COLLECTION!! 👍🏾
Thank you 🤗
Amazing I bet it was a lot of fun sorting them out like that Shame you can’t display them all like your big boxes but maybe when the kids grow up
It was fun and in honesty really hard. Took so long, considering I room swapped at Christmas last year
As a request more detailed vid of 84-85 would be awesome
No problem. I’ll get around to do that no problem
Sensory overload!!! Insane collection!!!
Thanks very much. Hopefully you like the other content on here.
Legendary. Museum quality. Well done!
Thanks very much. Hope you enjoy the other content on here
Wow cool 😮
Thanks very much
Excellent display, your collection got me to chase down and import a lot of these rarer original Japanese Transformers. How do you recommend displaying G1 Black Zarak? I got him without a scratch and don't want his gold feet to shatter under his own weight.
Mines just literally stood on a shelf. I’ve not touched his feet or screws. He’s not standing on a cushion etc. if he stands by himself just display him
As much as third party inc. legends brings that cartoon aesthetic and modern ones rekindle the nostalgia, there is just nothing like a G1 display, love it! Being bias, I would like more of a focus piece on the Japanese Exclusive series. I think it's worth continuing to bring the Japanese editions to people that may know less about them. Brilliant collection Russ!
Thanks bud. I’m going to have to sort out a proper display for them all
Much love for G1!!!
100%🙌🙌
You have a amazing collection. I have a nice g1 boxed collection myself but nothing like yours. If I wasn't married with kids, I'd be living in a shack surrounded by transformers lol. If your married, ur wife is a saint
Thanks very much for saying so. I have a wife and now 3 kids ( 7, 4 and 1 year olds ) I had my collection before we got together. Granted it’s got totally out of hand since we’ve been together but thankfully she supports it.
A truly amazing collection! All those sealed G1s are a sight to behold. I'd be interested in a tour video with more details - maybe personalise it. Which are your favourites? Have you got any stories about where you got any of the rarer ones from, or any bargains? How hard is it to find the accessories for some of them? Things like that would definitely be insightful for me.
No problem I can break down in to different categories. More segments etc. I could talk about these for hours so I’m sure I’ll find something good to say for a video. 🤣🤦
Amazing very impressive!! I remember you moved rooms for more space but do you have any plans to create more space?
Unfortunately I’ve no more space. May have to filter out some newer stuff
Finally got around to checking this updated G1 tour. Very impressive! I'm probably the girl that can out-knowledge men when it comes to G1 TFs. Anyways, I was obsessed with keeping my original G1 Canadian TFs in perfect condition, barely transformed them, and when I did, so slowly so that the pieces wouldn't get "old". Not for money, but I was just obsessed with keeping them clean. anyways, I have Superion gift set from Canada in nearly mint condition (toys mint, box about a 9) that has all the original wrapping including instructions wrapping with the original tape. My Metroplex is even better as I barely played with it, the toy mint, box about an 8. Anyways, just letting you know how much I enjoyed your collection. I'm not interested in selling my TFs b/c they still bring me joy. Many other G1s mint (like Scattershot) but not as "heartwarming" to me than some others.
Thanks for your lovely comment. I’m really pleased your collection just brings you so much joy. I can totally relate to what you’re saying. Sometimes just looking at the box can make us so happy.
The white shelving is amazing!
All ikea bud.
I'm coming over for a slumber party. 🤣
There’s no space to sleep anywhere.
@@ToysareRuss I know the feeling. I'll be sleeping on the porch soon. LOL
glorious!
Thanks very much
Damn, that's beautiful.
Thanks a lot. Feel free to share the video about
You must have the very best g1 collection in the world. Very nice. Very complete. Are there any your missing?
Thanks very much. No it’s the entire collection
Could we see the tour by catalog? So it would start with just the 1984 line?
I’ll try and set up yearly displays then
I'd like to see the last two Japanese lines in a video if you can do it. Or split them up.
I’ve got something special planned for operation combination, but that’s a couple of months away and will become apparent on the channel over the next few weeks.
I’ll do my best to get return of convoy out. That’s quite small so shouldn’t be too hard.
I never get tired of seeing videos of your collection, freaking awesome
Thanks very much. I appreciate that!
Someone who is richer than you is going to enjoy ripping into all those boxes and playing with those toys when you croak and your next of kin sells off your collection for pennies because they take up too much space.
They won’t have chance. That’s my retirement fund. I’ll sell them off bit by bit and just go on loads of holidays. Whilst still putting some away for my kids futures.
@@ToysareRuss great! I always cringe when people say they're going to dump their entire toy collection on their kids and let them sort it out like it's some great favor they're doing them. No one wants to pack up all those boxes, drag them around in a truck, clog up space in their house, look up all the prices, list it all for sale. Sounds like a nightmare for someone who's not already into the hobby
Looking amazing! How do you even collect them all????
Over 20 years of collecting as an adult. So it took ages
🤯😍🤯😍🤯😍 I have no words
Thanks very much
Are they all ‘complete’? I appreciate that is probably a whole other thing with different manuals, sticker sheets etc…
All I need is a couple of small accessories on a couple of figures. That’s the next challenge. Although in most cases it’s actually cheaper to just buy a complete version of that figure 🤦
@@ToysareRuss best of luck! And as you’ve surely hit ‘museum’ levels of inventory - going to invest in a custom built display set up? I’m amazed you’re doing so well against dust!
Victory and Masterforce plz . Any Japanese figures
No problem. There’s not many left from them toylines I’ve not individually reviewed either
Wow😮
Thanks hope you enjoy the other content on here too
Wow :o
Thanks 🙌
When your wife sells it all your kids are going to go to the best university. We both know she refers to this room as the "College fund"
Retirement fund! I’m old remember.
In the UK, it would be called the "University Fund". "College" is a place to go BEFORE or instead of university in the UK.
@@primalconvoy Wow, what a useful comment! I am in Canada we also call it University but seeing as most english speaking people around the world watch American TV most people are familiar with the term "College Fund". The goal of communication is to be understood, not to be some arbitrary form of "correct". Try to remember that for next time.
Can you please adopt a 48 year old Canadian? I am house broken but I say naughty words sometimes.
This made me laugh. You can’t say naughty words in front of my kids though,
Ah please sell me a boxed devastor 😊
I still need a standard hasbro one. You can get the official reissues cheap enough now
Seeing Ironhide with a £3.99 sticker makes me feel impossibly old
I know how crazy is that. Especially on an iga variant.
