Ban all TV serials which runs over 100 to 500 to 1000 episodes. Keep only Quality serials in terms of season + episode. Best practice was done National channel which kept the episodes to 20 in 90's. Present days serials has no content other than regular family drama and this will lose audience and eventually gone forever when creative program takes holds on to TV.
Basically takes Marathi and hindi serials and remakes it. Stretches it like rubber band .
It's a torture to watch his directed serials.
