Could you explain how you solved the problem of double feeding by tuning the active gating. I have the exact same gun with the exact same Titan and I cannot figure out why mine keeps double shooting. I checked the selector switch I checked the hop up and bucking, opened up the gearbox nothing out of the ordinary. So I would really like to hear how you tuned that Titan. FYI I kind of do what you do but on real handguns 👍

Hi, I got a question do u recommend change the inner barrel to a PDI 300mm!? And it will have any problem if it is a little longer Couse the original or stock is 290mm
Great video! So by getting the 22 tpa motor you suggested, it means the gears have to be changed as well? Or are the stock gears fine for the upgraded motor?

Hey, I was wondering if you could give advice on how to increase my guns FPS. It’s Currently shooting 285 FPS with .25g bbs, which is quite low. It’s an 8 tooth DSG, so I wouldn’t expect it to be shooting super hot, but it should definitely be able to shoot harder than it currently is. The gearbox currently has perfect airseal, and I’ve made sure that none of the seals blow out under spring tension. The barrel and bucking are sealing perfectly, and the seal between the bucking and the air nozzle is good to my knowledge. I don’t really understand where it’s losing air efficiency. If it is needed, here’s a full parts list.
-Lonex gearbox
-lonex cylinder head
-ZCI ported cylinder
-CYMA Swiss cheesed piston
-Retro Arms aluminum piston head
-lonex ball bearing spring guide
-Guarder SP150 spring
-Seigetek DSG from a 20.15/1 DSG gearset

Barrel Setup:
-Maxx ME pro
-Maple leaf 50d MR hop bucking
-Madbull 155mm 6.03 barrel
I guarantee a lot of the issue is the barrel being too short, but I don’t think it would cause as much of a drop as it is. I’m using the short barrel because I play really aggressive and I don’t like my gun being long, so the short barrel paired with a short outer barrel and rail works great for how I play. And the range is great with the setup I have, it’s just shooting low for my taste. Thank you for any help you give!

VFC, one of the rifles the cross the desk for repairs more times than any other rifle to date. Really shoddy in my book. Airsoft tech you need to fill people in on your experiences regarding good VS bad brands. Because you'd save alot of people time and money if you actually pointed out the negatives too ya know. I'd be scared to tune a VFC in fear it'd fkn blow up in my hand.
theres no way thats a 120 spring, i have a 120 spring in my ak and i get about 340 consistently with .25, let alone 400 with .28
SOOOO many more variables than just spring weight.
He probably just didnt change the settings on the chrono to .2
