I have a question... at any given time do I need flash one of these images to use them?
Like can't I use evil portal + wifi marauder at the same time by connecting the wifi board and switching the apps in the FZ?
Or do I need to use ESP flasher to keep flashing the respective firmwares to use any of those

I'm using Koko's Wifi Dev Board Pro which doesn't have a USB port, which means I haven't had the opportunity to try the Evil Portal until this (hopefully)! So exciting! I ordered a regular dev board and case from Koko just yesterday but I wouldn't mind having two capable boards on me anyways lol.

I was so disappointed with mine. It will not go into DFU mode. So no SD capabilities. So that was 45 bucks in the trash.

It says API Mismatch when i open the esp flasher and there is just a questionmark as logo for it. Can anyone help me?

I chose the Google free wifi network from my iPhone, and when I open safari nothing there, it is not loading the index.html
Whenever I try this (I'm on RM) I get an error asking me to "update the FW to use this application - MissingImports". Any idea why this is happening? Thanks!
Sup Squach’ers. I did my update last night on my new Flipper. And then went to install marauder following cocos video. Which was Hella confusing. I don’t think he got to the board. Is there a way to reset the board and start over? Or if I follow this video, will I be able to get all of those in one shot?

That method is not working on my Flipper. It shows : invalid header when i run the evil portal app on the flipper. Any ideas on the problem?
Couldn't get it to work. The flash went ok. But the WiFi Marauder or Evil Portal fap do not like the firmware flashed with ESP flasher.

When I try to log into the fake wifi portal, it dosnt show the fake google login page. Says unable to read html file. Is the SD card set up correctly? I have the files setup right from what I looked through the "install pre-built app on the flipper" section

On the flipc site it said the ESPFlasher was downloaded successfully. However when I go to the step where you check it in the appsdata it isn't there. Im running unleashed. Anyone have a solution? TIA

I have a question. Do you know if there are .bin files I can use esp flasher to flash marauder onto an esp32 v3 wroom board made by awok? I used to have marauder on it but I flashed it with esp flasher trying to get evil portal, and now I can't flash it back into marauder. I'm using latest Xtreme firmware. They have some .bin files I can use but non of them are for esp32 v3 wroom. I also have rogue master and unleashed. Just don't think they got what I need to flash marauder onto board. I love the videos! Keep it up!
Run roguemaster firmware marauder flasher script v2.30, holding boot and reset and typing the 1st choice to flash firmware worked for me. When it says type your choice it’s asking you for numerical values like 1,2or3..not the actual description for each just an fyi

This may be a noob question, if so apologies. I've Googled, nada. What is the path for the "Portals" folder? I know it has to be put on the SD card, but can't figure out where, it has to be on there for the Portals to come up. MY path guess was SD/apps data/evil portal/portals, that isn't working. The portals won't come up for me 24hrs later, and getting really frustrated. I've tried the 3 U tube videos from Talking Sasquatch, but I'm missing something, just not sure what. I'm using Unleashed, if that helps. Tyvm. 👀👍
My portals are located in the SD/app_data/evil_portal/ Works great. the index.html is also in that directory.

@@UrFucked69 you won't get internet with evil portal, its just for making the login screen. You also will have to reflash Marauder with the ESP Flasher to use marauder features again

I reinstalled marauder firmware on flipper zero and now i can scan for APs. For some reason evil portal and AP scan can't work together.
@@georgeg2077 yes they never have worked together. That's normal as of current....that's the purpose of the espflasher to switch on the fly! Thanks for reply...I just updated to unleashed 66e I was on 62e so I will try flashing again now. I think the one thing that people keep missing at first is how to properly boot up thewifi board to work properly for flashing...that kept me back for awhile. Thanks for replying! Happy Flipping🐬

Before anyone asks, evil portal is available on Xtreme currently (though the html site only opens up automatically on computers, not through mobile. I don't know if this issue is exclusive to Xtreme or being addressed at all). But the Esp flasher is not currently available, as FlipC brings up a build error. Xtreme has been getting better with cross compatibility with other firmware options, so it might still work without an API issue but I have yet to try it.
Yeah, Xtreme is a bit of an island of a firmware. The ESP Flasher is a bit of a game changer, so hopefully they get that sorted soon!
@@TalkingSasquach That's mostly why I use it. Plus I like their menu designs :) I don't really use discord, so I don't know what has been the latest with squatchware but id definitely be interested in seeing an update video if there's been anything happening in that sphere :D
I use extreme I got evil portal working just fine, when I got the MD5 error , I just loaded the app thru qflipper, and worked no problem
@@Robotic420 I got evil portal running just fine, it's just the flasher that I haven't tried yet. When you upon the wifi link through a mobile phone did it automatically open up the html site? Just wondering if it's an issue from my end. (Side note, not a skid here, just fascinated to learn about the technology!)

After downloading and installing RM, I’m only able to run either EP or marauder. It won’t let me use both. I have to flash back and forth to use either tool. Anyone else experience this issue?

@@MakeitRALPH okay so u use the WROOM bin, then while its plugged in and you're in the app, hold the boot button, press the other button, release the other button, then release the boot button. I just tried it on mine and it works

Hey I think I need help if possible. I did everything you said in the video all the way to the end it told me that my board was flashed and that it worked but when I go to evil portal to try and start it the blue light on my dev board just continues to stay on and it just stays on a screen saying starting portal without actually doing anything.
Never mind I was able to get it work with a few tweaks. Nice video my dude and I love how you were able to create the idea of not needing your computer to keep reflashing literally changes the entire game big improvment thanks man!
im doing this with the app, i went to GPIO, to turn on 5V on GPIO, then plug my ESP-WROOM-32 and NRF24L01+PA+LNA inside a printed case.. Then back to APPS, to GPIO. Down to ESP Flasher. Then click on Flash ESP, to Bootloader, then the files are empty. Any advise?

I just want to point out how stupid it is to talk about this stuff on youtube. You are going to get the sale of the flipper banned. I miss the day, when people know what it meant, to be discreet.
Flipper is literally the worst tool to do any of this stuff with. Evil Portal has been around for like 6 years on the Wi-Fi pineapple and that's not banned. Only reason people ban Flipper is for capacities or DOESN'T have.
May be a dumb question... but I assume the single .bin for Marauder called "Marauder Flipper or WROVER.bin" is the one for the Wifi devboard?

hey, if you downloaded the exact evil portal (author = jax121243) that sasquach showed, just ignore the toggle LED button. Im the person that published that to flipc because I modified the code and was seeing how it worked, and tried to add an LED toggle. It doesn't work though, couldn't get it working

Im curerently getting an api version mismatch for marauder now anyone know how to fix, I'm using the .fap file off flipc as well
API mismatch means your firmware and your application are not on the same version. If you're on FlipC it probably means that your Flipper needs a firmware upgrade
@@TalkingSasquach I personally use the latest (v49) of xtreme firmware, the esp flasher app on FlipC gives an error for xtreme when selecting the release, but seems to work for xtreme when you select the "development" version, however when launching it gives the same API mismatch error. If you select continue however it does appear to work.
