Cause that was the trend back then in the 90's, girls, famous or not rock tha tomboy looks. And you wasn't looked at as lesbian. Baggy jeans, big shirts or tank tops. It was the style. Just like women nowadays wear clothes that's way too small and too skin tight or practically no clothes at all on they body. And dudes wearing tight jeans and feminine female clothing now. It's just style changing every decade Whether we like them or not.
