Waaooo it's really work thank you mam.. pehle jab garam Pani mai aata dal ke rkha 10 mint usk baad khola toh voh liquid sa ho gya tha mene soch loo ho gya kaam, but thoda thoda makki ka aata dal ke guntha toh shi ho gya.... Thank you so much sister for such great recipe/trick, I am Body Builder, When I use to lean my body I start vegetarian protein & gluten free diet , My wife show this recipe and started making Corn Roti like this since month or so, I can eat as much as I want and still manage to gain lean muscle, Now I am 100% vegetarian and feels great (proper Corn Roti was missing link on enjoying Indian food diet)
Tips:- I still don't eat any deep fried or Oil rich food
Very effective to keep high blood sugar under control.

If we add methi leaves to it, should we just reduce water amount or something else also needs to be done. After adding methi it becomes very difficult to handle.
