if the people complaining were the ones' who had no heat, their opinion of him would be different. He is just trying to do his job.... unlike the ones' who are apparently home and didn't have to work.

    A. You can tell that’s a company truck
    B. He has never, and I mean never driven in snow before
    c. Maybe he should have given it MORE gas😂

Don't see this much where I live. We have snow on the roads for several months each winter and people know how to get around. Today it's 18 degrees F outside and the snow from 2 days ago is covering the older stuff with a nice white blanket. Down there in Richmond, snow isn't that common so lots of people have no clue how to drive on it.

A lot of people do Floor It when got stuck. That isn't a great idea. Your tires can break traction if flooring it.

So he is smart enough to fix your furnace, just not enough to understand basic physics and how to move an object on slippery ground. Yeah, cant wait to hire him to fix.....anything

No1 No1 No! This is the wrong thing to do as it only digs deeper making the situation worse Legislation against this kind of behavior is needed as it is Dangerous Driving pure & simple.

So he gets a 2wd van up a snowy hill and leaves and everyone says "oh he doesn't know how to drive"...blah blah. What you should say is "I'm too scared to try that with my own vehicle".
