Sander, do homes in Monaco have fuse boxes like we do (inside)? Or do you guys have a different system? I've never seen an apartment with a fuse box inside which makes me wonder if it's inside but painted to hide it or maybe your buildings are completely different for safety reasons perhaps.
Nice but with some caveats. This villa looks more like an apartment. Also, i would have preferred higher ceilings. While much of the living would be outside, the property did come across as a bit claustrophobic with the ceilings too low. Given the impressive views higher ceilings would complement the exterior with the interior. Raising the ceilings would also have attracted a higher price, in my opinion.

You are still going to be taxed as a French citizen, even if you are one minute away from Monaco. You are living on French territory.
If you stay as a tourist in France you can avoid it.
