The change is fine the problem with it is that like two of hakari's moves can be countered if you're not too busy crapping your pants in fear whenever u see a hakari For example overwhelming luck: Ever tried throwing a boulder at him? Timing a dismantle? Using a max blue or timing a regular blue wheneveryou see hes still in the startup but for this last one u need to be within range If u got a good timing its hard for him to dodge both while also attacking, now we move onto his energy surge and by extension lucky rushdown you can probably evade this with nue now since you always ride it and its a short burst move or we pray manji kick does its job and it counters energy surge (havent tested if it actually does but its a plausible solution) reversal red does the job just fine specially if u do R + 2 cause then you'll be on the safe side and you might still hit him with it Anyways so far thats it if yall wanna find out more just test it yourselves if theres a way around hakari's moves but for noe just enjoy beating the kids senseless while they cry for a hakari nerf

Nahh he needed the buff big time. His moveset was basic and easy to maneuvre away from and his ult is good but easily countered by running away on buildings. It helps because you gain nothing by running away when he can jackpot again, now you're forced to fight him if you wanna win
